Our reservation was not honoured. We arrived on the date and time of our reservation that I reserved in December 2023 to be told that there are no tables, just the bar. Sitting with a group of 4 at a bar… no thanks. Bird Bar don’t honour reservations. We were NOT impressed, as we had planned this double date months ago. Shame on Bird Bar. Take a 101 on how reservations work cause you have no clue. So Mad!!!!!

Overall service was great. As for the 90-min limit, we suggest reminding the customers before the time runs out, instead of informing us that the next table has already arrived.

The attention we received during a busy Sunday brunch was impressive. The food was even better than anticipated. It was rich and balanced with fried chicken that seemed to melt in your mouth. Don’t sleep in anything including their duck either. It was excellent! A long walk was needed after the meal, which none of us could finish, to burn off the meal and bottomless mimosas!

Très bon, prix raisonnable, service impeccable de Vic. On a eu un peu froid …. Le rideau de l’entrée pourrait être fermé pour éviter le courant d’air ….. mais c’est vrai qu’il faisait -12! Adressé à retenir !

Delicious food and great great staff! They even lowered the music for our older crowd, very kind team. I did not give it a 5 star because I wish the potatoes were potatoes and not tatters haha so that’s just a preference. Mimosas were delicious

After 50 minutes at our table on NYE for dinner for 4 people, we were asked to close the bill so other reservations could be met. The bill for our table was $400 and we were rushed out to seat other guests that had come in and not a single other table was asked to leave. The most rude staff, will never go back here.
