Le Bilboquet - Atlanta
Bria was great!
We love Le Bilboquet for lunch or dinner! The staff, which is knowledgeable and attentive, makes it feels like a celebration no matter the occasion. And the food is consistently delicious!
I love this restaurant they always treat me so good the food is amazing the vibes is cute
The food is excellent and the service is fine, but in terms of a value proposition it is one of the most expensive restaurants in Atlanta. Lunch for two costs $108 (including tip) for lunch which consisted of two appetizers, two entrees and nothing to drink but water and a diet coke. There are a host of top shelf Buckhead restaurants that have more reasonable lunch fare.
Fab! Our waitress was so cute and knowledgeable! Mussels were delish!
Le Bilboquet is THE place to have lunch or brunch in Atlanta. The people watching is unsurpassed! Our most recent visit confirmed that once again. Seated at the next table were 2 couples from California- all fashion victims with way too many logos. The females had very interesting plastic surgery. The food is also reliable.
Everything was amazing!
Fabulous food, great atmosphere - never disappoints! Our favorite place to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion!
I’ve been before and it’s a nice atmosphere with a good dj on Saturdays playing mixed oldies.
They need to have brunch food on Saturdays though! Kind of pricey always for slightly better than standard lunch fare.
My two friends and I had a delightful lunch and are ready for a repeat visit! The food and service were off the charts! In other words, I was a very happy, satisfied guest!
Great food and service.
This reservation was for a Wednesday lunch. There were three of us dining and we were seated at a very small round table. Two diners sat on bench. The table was so small there was not enough room to even get our food and beverages on the table without removing plates for bread etc. It's not that the restaurant was overly crowded; there were plenty of larger tables. Even if the table had been square, it would have been better suited. This table was hardly large enough for one person to dine. At a restaurant of this calibre, I feel that we were not appropriately treated. My friends and I have eaten at Le Bilboquet many times. Thank goodness it wasn't on a Saturday as they crank up the loud music which is detrimental to an any conversation. Also, one diner ordered coffee and had to ask for it to be served. I will go back, but I think I'll make another choice for my daughter's birthday celebration.
Le Bilboquet is a quaint American take on a French bistro in the center of The Shoppes at Buckhead. The seating is very close and small...but that's what makes it quaint! The view from all windows are the various shops surrounding Le Biboquet. Upon entering the dining establishment, we were warmly greeted by a nice young woman who sat us quickly. Every dining event is an experience - it can be good or bad dependent directly upon those that serve or greet you as guests. After traveling all day, we were ready to have a great dining experience. Unfortunately, our first server, a unidentified blonde woman seem uninterested in serving us. My sister and I ordered the Charcuterie Board, which consisted of 5 cheeses/4 meats (none of which were identified by our server). My sister ordered the Golden Beet Salad with Goat Cheese. THANKFULLY, after the appetizers arrived, our sever was "inexplicably" replaced by a nice, African American young man who was attentive and he turned this dining experience around. Portion sizes of all the appetizers, the mussels entree were large and delicious. For dessert, we had the Lemon Curd Tart and the Chocolate Mousse. Both were fantastic!! Overall, this experience could have been a total fail, but the change in wait staff made all the difference. By the way, you have to pay for parking unless you walk from St. Regis. If you valet, be sure to get your card validated to save $2; otherwise you can self park in the parking garage.
My favorite spot in Atlanta. Ordered the chicken which I never do. Amazing.
Great food and great service. Small snafu at beginning but they corrected it quickly. We would definitely go again.
Restaurant has really responsive service. Always a great time there
I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the customer service always exceeds my expectations. The Cajun dish is a must! Chicken and French fries with green salad...fantastic!
I love this place. It may be my favorite restaurant in Atlanta.
Birthday celebration with girls from my small group at Church
Outstanding Food and Service...ALWAYS!!! Highly recommend!
Great - as always!
Very nice, except that a group of very noisy people sitting nearby
The instagram and instagram story said it was 1/2 off bottles of wine. My friends and I went here thinking it was that based on marketing. It wasnt...We showed the instagram and they didn't honor their mistake....
Feels festive here, perfect for celebrating any occasion!
Incredibly disappointed after looking forward to my birthday dinner at my favorite restaurant for over three months and they were out of the steak frites. What was more disappointing was being forced into a side I really didn’t want with really no offer to make better. The apps were great and the service was great and the chicken is always great. Maybe it’s birthday depression but it was disappointing and I wish I just left and came back when they had what I wanted. If they don’t have what you want, leave. Otherwise you will pay over $250 (with a bottle of wine) and be disappointed.
The crab avocado appetizer was amazing and well presented. The Chicken entree was very good and very fulfilling. Ambiance was very good. Will definitely be back
The waiter had to keep asking what we ordered...when I asked if I could get spinach instead of Canadian bacon on my eggs Benedict he acted like that was going to be a huge request and suggested I get the salmon... seriously?
Fantastic food and experience
Went for the valentines weekend. Relatively fast service. A bit on the noisy side. Food was great and drinks unique.
Service was extremely slow and not up to the standards I'm accustomed to. When the DJ started, the music volume was off the charts and not in a good way, no one in our party of 3 could hear one another. The food was fabulous as always, but even after requesting for the volume to be turned down, we were told that Saturday was the party day and if we wanted a calm brunch to come back tomorrow (Sunday). I'm 36 years old and I thought it was beyond way too loud. Also, the service was especially terrible, my mother ordered a glass of wine that sat on the bar getting warm for over 15 mins, until we finally asked the very rude manager (?) to grab it for us. One more comment (and I'll admit very petty) but I requested a black napkin and had to remind the server 3 times to bring me one until I just gave up and grabbed my own white one from the service area. I will not be back on a Saturday going forward
No good options on the fixed menu
NOT FRENCH AT ALL A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY NO FRENCH MUSIC. NO EIFFEL TOWERS ANYWHERE BUT ON THE MENU
We love going to Le Bilboquet but... Mon Dieu! Going to Le Bilboquet on Valentine's Day, last week was a very bad decision that we will not repeat. Honestly, the food was great as usual however, it is not just about the food. Valentine's day is also about romance, and, if somebody was planning on having a romantic evening dinner, Le Bilboquet will be the last place to go. First of all, even though, we made reservations, we had to wait 45 minutes in a loud atmosphere, an overcrowded and cold place before getting seated. Hou can feel the cold air, each time the door open. Then, as soon as we sat down, we noticed one of the staff getting another table ready; we asked if we can get move to that table - My back was getting full waves of cold air- however, the staff denied our request ( so rude and so not french!). The ambiance was so loud that I barely was able to hear which song was playing on the radio; until now, I have no idea about what song it was... The servers were running everywhere, the customers were also everywhere... Our server did not have time to gracefully talk about the Valentine's menu. When the first meal was brought to our table, it was like a tornado coming... A server quickly dropped the plate on our table to run to another table and do the same thing! We did not get a chance to ask anything about what she brought us: Her back was already facing us; we were as we say in French " abasourdis" which means" dumbfounded"... The customer service and the elegance were totally lacking that Valentine Day at Le Bilboquet, it was like eating at a fast food restaurant, looking at servers jungling with plates for multiple tables at the same time. We were basically dizzy by the atmosphere. Really, even though, the food was good, we are going to take a minute before even thinking about going back to Le Bilboquet...
Valentines Day dinner.
Food great’ ambience as expected. No noise problem. Service was not completely up to par
The ambiance is great. While not very French in the setting, it is a really well-designed building. I really like the wine list and they have typical French foods (duck confit, escargot, veal, fish) on the menu.
I had the veal which was overly salty and she had the chicken which we'd heard was the best dish but kind of underwhelming. Personally, I'd suggest the escargot, fries, & mussels more!
Great experience and the drinks and food was good!!!
