Great service and food.
I was really excited about going to this restaurant as I travel a lot and had heard that this restaurant would make you think you were in France. We went for Sunday brunch. Restaurant is beautiful, service really good and food excellent. The problem is that ROCK music was blasting through the overhead when we arrived. That completely ruined the atmosphere and ended any similarity to a Parisian restaurant. We asked the waiter to lower the music level and he graciously agreed, but it remained rock and pop. If you like loud music, this may be your place. I would give it 5 stars if music were different, but I like to talk to my table mates and don't need rock music at a wonderful French restaurant.
Food was excellent. A very vibrant location, more energetic than romantic but a great dinner out!
The original Le Bilboquet on the UES has been described as ‘New York’s snobbiest restaurant.’ That wasn’t my experience in Atlanta. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Generous food portions for a high end French restaurant, which makes the price tag seem more reasonable. I’ve paid more for less on several occasions.
Southerners familiar with Balthazar or Le Diplomat will be happy to have this option in Atlanta.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere!! I love this place. Will visit next time I’m in town!!
We are regulars. Overall I love the restaurant. However it was a very busy night and service was slow and the restaurant was loud. Always surprises me how pricey it is
Delightful experience, yet again! We look forward to our next return.
We enjoyed a wonderful Birthday dinner celebrating a dear friend!
The food was great, service good but the music is terrible!!!
My daughter and I had a wonderful dining experience. Delicious brunch. Beautiful , upscale setting. Impeccable service.
Fabulous food and amazing service service!!!! Lots of city vibe and beautiful decor and setting in Shops of Buckhead.
Always love going and service standards remain high. When packed with people, the noise level can be extremely high.
Lovely lunch with excellent service.
The Cajun chicken was amazing! The sauce was to die for.
As the stars indicate, service and ambiance were great. Valet parking was easy. However, the food needs better descriptions in at least one case--the "chicken salad." It was by no means a chicken salad as most would interpret it. It was very large chunks of chicken drenched in Asian spices (heavily "drenched") and not at all tasty--and on a bed of lettuce. Could not eat it and should have sent it back--had about three bites. Chicken salad means shredded chicken to most people--and great flavor. Will know to ask more questions or send a dish back next time. Onion soup and lemon tart were good.
The food was delicious, as usual. Service is always great and delivered with a great sense of humor.
Lauren our bartender was the absolute best. Kind, beautiful, funny and an absolute pleasure to spend a brunch at the bar with. She handled the busy bar like a pro and made wonderful suggestions for me and my husband. Thank you Lauren for a wonderful Sunday afternoon, we had a blast!
The service at this restaurant is absolutely impeccable!
Great food and service. I’d go back again tomorrow!
What a great little place! The service is excellent and the food was perfect. Shojib was one of our servers and made the experience special with his playful humor. 5 star
Extremely crowed . Tables too close. No DJ as promised.
Great way to ring in the new year! The service, food and staff were impeccable.
Not on New Year Eve! I invited people that it was their first time coming and they were turned off we felt rushed! It was a sit menu was one thing but rushed and the food dishes were not great!
New Year celebration, service, ambiance and food quality were top notch.
Service, food and atmosphere is always amazing! Another great dining experience at Le Bilboquet! 🥂
I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was very good . I loved my fish . Atmosphere was very nice and service was excellent .
It was great
Love BIlboquet. A+++
The hostess was rude and placed us in the worst table even though there were lots of other tables.
We were a party of four, celebrating our daughter’s birthday. She lives in the area and wanted to eat at LeBilboquet for her “family” birthday dinner. (She had been there several times before.) There is not much positive I can say about our experience. We traveled 45 miles on a rainy night, only to be extremely disappointed. Our reservation was for 6:45 on Sunday evening, December 22, 2019. Our server was probably one of the three worst in our restaurant experiences. He was rude, inattentive, and acted as though we were a terrible inconvenience. When one of our daughters inquired about a particular wine, the server motioned to the menu and said for her to take a look. We began with escargot as our appetizer, which was decent but not delicious. My husband ordered the skirt steak, a very thin and dry piece of beef. Two of us ordered the veal and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were excellent. The veal was almost tough and the sauce was just fair. Fortunately, our birthday girl ordered chicken. I tasted it...moist and very good! We had to ask the server twice to remove appetizer plates and bread and butter plates so that we could have room to eat our main course. Just to note: We left over a 20% tip. Hopefully, the server did not use this as any validation of his service. To be fair, the men who brought our food to the table were extremely efficient and polite. Furthermore, we might also mention that a shared valet area is not the best on a cold, rainy, windy night. Valet is $10.00 and then an additional tip. So, we felt like we received very little pleasure or celebration for about $250.00...and in a place where we spent only one hour and fifteen minutes. Obviously, we will NEVER return.
Perfect, although they fought my wife’s enter with my app. Fine though. Great experience.
This was our first time here and we will be back. The food was excellent. The only reason we did not rate it a 5 overall was that all alcoholic drinks were very pricey. We ordered one of the cheapest bottles of wine off the menu for the 4 of us. It was close to triple the price we could buy it for We understand mark ups but this was one of the steepest we have experienced.
Not as good as the previous times we have been there maybe it was because of the holidays
Much too loud for a special occasion. Lacks the French romantic charm that I thought it would have. Actually playing 90’s music. Weird. Food and service were great though!
Excellent food and atmosphere. Try the mussels - a must do.
Loved our wait person! Wish I could remember her name
Great food and wine, also nice ambience. Have enjoyed several times and would recommend.
