   The service was absurdly slow, our food was seeved cold, and after we asked the waiter to heat it for us it was served back cold again. No one offered to compensate us. We skipped dessert and went home.

   Ate here with four people for a birthday dinner early on a sat evening. Main courses were good and the menu had a good mix of options. House wine was poor with the white choice turning out to be a rather sweet sauvignon blanc. Service was poor and inattentive. Nice décor and layout but a little pricey for the whole experience.

   It wasn't my first time time at Le Barricou but I LOVED IT! Great place for brunch! Loved the cozy feel, open bar and long tables. Very spacious. The Eggs Benedict was really good. The pancakes are TOTALLY worth the hype. It was so delicious even though it took around 40-45 minutes to make, IT IS WORTH IT! I will definitely come back with my friends for the pancakes again, BEST pancakes I ever had. Super fluffy and moist! I really like the strawberry butter along with the berries, it went very well with the pancakes! It's a must try at Le Barricou!

   The food is good, especially at brunch, but we went for a special occasion and the service was so terrible that I can't imagine going again.

   Came here for brunch with a party of 4, so we were able to try a lot of items on their brunch menu. Their pancakes are so fluffy and tastes phenomenal - just the right amount of crispy edges, buttery, and topped with strawberry buttercream! The coffee was good, but their teas all taste like water. We were happy with their Egg Benedict variations and selection (although the eggs came out cold) and the duck confit hash was good to share. Unfortunately, their service was absolutely HORRENDOUS... the older lady at the front (i assume to be the owner) was beyond rude! I waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, and even though she saw me, she kept ignoring me. Finally when I walked up, she made an face and said "ok, you need to move!" We were seated by another server at the back room, so I didn't see her again during my meal. It seems like they are understaffed, so some food came out cold and their service was very slow. The servers were not rude but lifeless, probably because they're all so tired and overworked!
