Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: There’s a swanky Parisian-inspired steakhouse in the belly of The Global Ambassador hotel thanks to prolific restaurateur and James Beard semifinalist Sam Fox. Come for the marble tables and green velvet- and brown-leather booths, and stay for the indulgent French onion soup, steak frites, and king crab bucatini. It all goes down well with a glass of Bordeaux or another stellar French selection that a master sommelier can help you pick. Celebrated my husbands birthday- overall great experience & would go again. Cons: busy Saturday night and had to wait about 20 mins past our reservation time. Lobby & Lounge Bars were so busy we had to wait getting a drink as well. Our table was by the kitchen so it was a little loud. 2 of the items we didn’t care for was the French onion soup (very thick and concentrated but we didn’t complain), the second was the creamed spinach- this they offered to remake (more creamy) which I appreciated the gesture. Highlights: Caviar service was a good value for the price IMO, buttered noodles and baked potato were surprising favorites. Great dirty martini and appreciated the surprise birthday treat for dessert. Overall great service and recommend adding to your list of places to try!

I had a birthday brunch at Le Âme this weekend, and everything from the service to the food and drinks were amazing. Our server, Jacob, was so friendly and definitely added to our experience. Thank you so much for a great brunch!

Nice environment and vibe to the place, but our server essentially forgot about us right after our food came out. It was for a bday celebration and no additional things were added on like dessert or an appetizer. Wouldn’t recommend for a special occasion, as the service and special accommodations were lacking. Food was tasty though overpriced.

We had a great evening The overall evening was nice - I live in Los Angeles and am no stranger to costly meals .. I felt the prices were high - The space was unbearably LOUD .. There were 4 of us and we could barely hear one another

We have been in on a busy Saturday night and this time we came in on a week day. The restaurant was maybe 50% full. We made a reservation for the patio. We were sat inside and not asked if we wanted a table or booth. There were multiple booths open and instead we got sat at a tiny table with people on both sides of us. The service started off decent. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. When it came time to order, we split a meal because that is our preference and do that everywhere we go. After we split our meal the service went out the window. The tables on both sides of us got checked on multiple times. We ordered 3 rounds of drinks and every time our glasses were empty and we had to ask or flag our server down. The food is always delicious. We had to ask for dessert. The manager was out and about and checked on almost every table but not ours. The music inside is loud so you have to lean over the table to talk to one another. The first time we came, it was a busy weekend but this was a dead weekday. We would have ordered more drinks and soda but our glasses always hit empty. We spent $400 and the food is worth it, the service is a complete turn off. We watched a half full restaurant continuously get checked on and we fell to the wayside. We chose to try this place again as the service was okay the first time but at least we got our desired seating choice the first time. We wish they would have called to tell us the patio wasn’t open and offered us a booth, they had multiple open. A big disappointment, service makes or breaks an experience and unfortunately we probably won’t come back even though the food is delicious, the lack of service really dampened our experience. Our server continuously checked on the table next to us and didn’t stop to check on us at all. After we handed the card over and didn’t look at the bill suddenly, he was checking on us and asking how our night was… the service was sad and ultimately on an empty night, should have been better.
