This was a last minute pick as we couldn't getting a booking into our first choice. The restaurant was about one third occupied and the staff seemed to be milling about as if they weren't sure what they were supposed to be doing. Overall we had service of some sort from five different staff. There was trouble with the sound system and the Barry White tracks didn't seem to match the restaurant's projected ambiance.

It was the food and the wine that made the evening. Fantastic menu choice and the plated presentation was both amazing and unique. The staff seemed inexperienced and really didn't offer any suggestions around the food and drink, and this inexperienced showed when staff asked us to pay the bill - twice!! We enjoyed the food and the staff issues didn't really spoil our evening, but for Quebec City, perhaps not our best dining experience.

Just one street up from la Grande Allee,near the parlement building. The food was imaginative and with well dosed flavors. The presentation was perfect. Nice low background music. The service was attentive. A fine outing. Prices were reasonable.

Je déplore que vous offriez un service seulement en anglais. Mon expérience fut agréable malgré tout. Si vous aviez une version française je suis sur qu'une clientele francophone apprécierait beaucoup votre service.

J ai decouvert le restaurant grace a Open Table. C etait la 1ere visite.
Nous etions 3, et avons commande des plats differents, tous tres bons, cuisson a point, gouteux, et fidele a la description du serveur.
C est un menu recherche, mais restreint.
Nous avons pris un menu degustation (3 entrees) et 2 menus a 3 services.
Pour les 3, Avec 500 ml de vin, taxes et pourboires le tout a 230$ approx.
Ce fut un belle experience de gouts, j aurai apprecie une entree ( tartare de saumon) plus genereuse.
Il y a quelques surchage pour certains plats dans le menu, je les crois en trop.
Ils ont bien repectes notre horaire car nous allions au spectacle, le retaurant n etait pas trop achanlande.
En general, un tres bon repas et une tres belle experience.

The food was excellent, but the service was very slow. Over 3 hours for dinner and they never acknowledged or apologized for this. Fortunately, we were not in any rush.

Five of us for dinner in new years eve with my sins girlfriend who is vegetarian with a gluten allergy. First, the service was great and thank you Pierre. Great wine selection and our dinners were out of this world great.
Appetizers to entree to desert. Had asked to have a vegetable platter for a gluten free meal and have to tell you I would have ordered it as a meal. The chef prepared a wonderful plate of veggies with three different veggie purees to complement the same! The best meal she has had as well.
Will go back next time we visit.
For new years eve, would suggest a little more balloons and festive things, however not required.
