   CLOSED!!! This restaurant is actually closed. I made a reservation with OpenTable and received reminders about the reservation. But when we showed up, it's closed. It's connected to the G Hotel. They said it's been closed for over a month. Why is it still showing up on OpenTable???

   It’s closed! You need to update your information. It was very disappointing to show up to a reservation at a close restaurant.

   Restaurant was permanently closed when we showed up for the reservation. There was no notifications from Opentable nor the restaurant.

   We’ll we arrived at the restaurant but the doors were locked. Seems that they have gone out of business. I thinks it’s sad that To see a restaurant fail but Open Table should be on top of things like this especially as they are headquartered in San Francisco. Friday night in the city and no reservations. A show at the Orpheum after, so much for plans . Fortunately Zingari who’s h was across the street could accommodate us, it was excellent. I’ll give Open Table the benefit of doubt this time, but it makes me nervous about trusting them.

   This place closed down and did not give us notice. We arrived only to find out from the hotel that they closed down the week prior but did not notify their patrons. Very disappointed and frankly caused a bit of an inconvenience since we had folks from out of town we were hosting before watching the Harry Potter show next door. Had to quickly find another spot that would take us and eat very quickly so we didn’t miss our show. Not good management.

   THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED. I WENT THERE FOR A SPECIAL DATE AND THERE’S A HANDWRITTEN SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS “CLOSED”. AN EMPLOYEE AT THE HOTEL TOLD ME THEY CLOSED DOWN FOR BUSINESS. A LITTLE HEADS UP WOULD’VE BEEN NICE. LUCKILY, MASTRO’S IS ACROSS THE STREET AND ACCOMMODATED FOR A WALK-IN

    We were the only table at 7pm on a Monday. A little unnerving. Good food. Great service, decent prices. Cocktails were very "crafty". Carrot cake is to die for.
