Main course/sides all fab and at the right level of spiciness. Great to have restaurant so close to home. However, service still not great. Tables not being served in order for both drinks and poppadoms, long wait for both and the mains arrived really quickly so we struggled for space on the table. Staff friendly but seemed overwhelmed on the night we visited. We were only a table for 2 and had booked but seemed as though preference was being given to larger tables. We will give it a while to settle down before we come again

Food very tasty. This is now our 'go to' local restaurant. 1 dish accidentally missed off the order but quickly rectified and a compilimentary dish thrown in. Just needs a little bit more atmosphere and faster service especially of drinks. Hopefully this will come and then this would be 5 star.

We decided last minute to try this restaurant following a recommendation. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. However, it was a bank holiday Monday evening (7pm ish) the local funfair was on and there were plenty of people around but not in the restaurant. I'm not sure what the problem is as it's certainly not the food. Because of location being away from other restaurants and bars it needs an angle to get punters in. The ambience was lacking. Maybe some form of entertainment even once a week to entice customers in to showcase the food
