Layla by Meir Adoni
Layla Restaurant offers a casual-fine dining experience with a menu that allows sharing dishes between friends along with an à-la-carte menu.
For a more speakeasy evening setting, guests can choose to sit at the rounded bar and order a nice selection of bar food and complementing drinks.
The drinks menu consists of a well-selected choice of local spirits and organic wines. The wines list predominantly contains wines from Europe as well as the Middle East. Emanuele Broccatelli, a renowned Italian mixologist, is in charge of the drinks served at Layla. He is creating new concoctions complementing chef Meir Adoni’s food.

Expensive dinner for Berlin average price. However, interesting and innovative menu choice. Great Australian wine.
Tolles Essen, toller Service, ein rundum gelungener Abend
Food is really excellent. Very elegant and trendy ambiance.
Service a bit shabby.
Unfortunately too expensive, otherwise I would be back more often.
The food was really delicious and the staff super nice! Definitely recommend!
Very good Food, Wine and Service ;)
Challenge the congruence of what you ordered and what you really get. Anyway it will be very good.
Great food with interesting spices, very friendly and helpful service, easy-going atmosphere and good wine from Israel.
Very good food, great atmosphere. It was a great evening with friends.
Sehr gutes Essen und tolles Ambiente. Personal nett.
Also: Gerne mal wieder!
Heeeeeerlijk!
Great restaurant for a revisited experience of israelian cuisine. Amazing wine choices, high standard but relaxed atmosphere. The central kitchen makes the whole cooking process visible, and this is fascinating.
Lovely and unique
So we have been guests of the hotel and wanted to spontaniously eat in the restaurant. As we arrived we got a very unfriendly service who told us that without a reservation nothing would work here, what we did understand.
BUT he was SO unfriendly and unpolite that even I (as a yoga teacher got) angry at him!
As far as good we went back in our room and reserverd a table with this application. It worked, the table was booked.
So we headed back to the restaurant and as we entered the unfriendly guy came again and blamed us that we did reserved a table. He never apologized for his behavior or the mistake the system has made (which surely can happen).
NOT WORTH THE HYPE.
Service is everything in my mind. Even if there is no table a waiter should always be friendly!
The first and last course have been a perfect surrounding but we were a little upset that no one asked us for our preferred bread (we got the sesame one which was very oily) and we did not like the aubergine. Also there was a lot of garlic and Koriander which was simply overwhelming the other flavours. On top I had 3 whine instead of 2 on my invoice what I noticed on our way home. That was a little disappointing.
Layla eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung! Das Essen hervorragend, mal was ganz Neues, einfach klasse!
Great atmosphere, awesome food!
Food was amazing! Unfortunately the restaurant was a bit empty, but I guess that‘s because of corona panic
super laden. ganz tolles orientalisches essen
Great place and service , the food was not so good.
außergewöhnliches nahöstliches Essen, insb. Zutaten, Zubereitung und Würzung;
mäßiger, wenig aufmerksamer Service;
zu teuer!
Love the place , the food is amazing the only thing negative is the noise
Amazing food, cool atmosphere. Loved it!
Everything was great! The food is delicious and the service is perfect!
Excellent wines from Israel, very good food. There were too many excellent flavors mixed, the result was confusing.
Delicious food, good service.
Music too loud and aggressive.
At first we are surprised that Layla is part of a hotel. The service was warm and friendly. They were vere interested in that we have had a good stay in Layla. Our menu with starters und main course look great. The taste was also outstanding and we find that all ingredients fits together. In the kitchen they have their work very professionel.
The food were wonderful! There was an “explosion“ of wonderful tastes. The barman was very friendly, the host did his best to sit us in, we came one day early for our reservation and even the wrong time! He made an effort by convincing the kitchen/chefs to make us the last order! The waiter was knowledgeable on the dishes and genuinely friendly!
Prima! Coole location. Top service. Hohe Qualitaet des Essens. Gesamtkonzept stimmt!
Quality of food a very good. Flavors are amazing. Attention to detail of presentation is great. Seafood not too fresh or were overcooked - scallops chewy. But its Berlin - sourcing of seafood is a problem. Service can be improved - beginning was fine then it got really slow. Price for Berlin standards is high. Compared to Nur in NYC - this is inferior but overall its a place you should try at least once. Ambiance is vibrant and hip. Wine selection limited and expensive.
Bad Service. Food to expansive. Hotel atmosphere. We ordered a wine, which was not available, the give us a other wine to taste and it was not good taste for us. But we have to pay it. Because the bottle was open. All the main menue was served while we are eating the starters. So the main course was cold if we started to eat it.
At the end we paied 100€ per person for bad service, bad wine and not very special food.
Great food and location. Loved the style and atmosphere. A little overpriced, I would say. Very few vegan options.
Klasse Essen, super Service, gerne beim nächsten Berlinbesuch wieder!
Great for, amazing service, lovely and vivid location. Love this place
