Great place for Brunch ! We sat outside and we had a great view ! Endless food and mimosas were FAB ! If you come , ask for Nick !! He’s awesome !!!
Incredible per usual. Do yourself a favor and get the Garlic Bread and the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail……they’re bigger than slipper lobsters!!
Everything was good but I excpected a better service
Another great meal at Lavo.
Loved it! Everything we ordered was delicious. The garlic bread comes out as an entire loaf! We also got the carbonara pasta and the burrata. Yum!!!!
We had a great experience visiting for our anniversary. The service was great and the portions large.
Meatball and garlic bread were fantastic, drinks as well. Everything was yummy & the patio overlooked the strip, can’t go wrong! Oh and a fantastic bone in rib eye too!
Reception was nice, our assiggned table was dirty non set un clean glasses it took a wihle so they clean it. Our waiter was awesome though he was really busy.
next table was really noisy but later they left.
Our expectation was real italian lunch we ended up with a brunch not what expected was ok but not our plans
I would not repeat it.
This is my second time visiting LAVO for weekend brunch and the experience this time around was totally different than the last. I made reservation ahead of time for 12:30 seating on Saturday. I even had to put down $25 deposit per person in case of cancellation on Open Table.
The problem started when we checked in. We were 10 mins early to our 12:30 reservation but weren’t seated until 12:50 after repeated inquiries. Not sure why the point of making reservation if you can’t be seated on time.
Our server was obviously overworked and could not handle our table in addition to her other tables. We ordered our first round of dishes and did not get served until 1:50 pm which is about 1 hour after we seated. Our appetizers were late and there are items missing from our orders. It was impossible to track our server down since she was totally occupied by another big table. We were totally neglected and our second order did not show up until 2:30 pm. By the way they arrived, we were already filled up on the bread and drinks. Maybe this was a way of saving money on the “Endless Brunch” We finally gave up and left about 2 hours after our seating while still feeling hungry. After spending $200 plus on the brunch and still not full, we wondered ourselves what just happened. This was a truly disappointing experience. I could understand short staffing affect the experience but there were several “managers” just standing around and had nothing else to do. You would think that it will make sense for them to help out and ensure good dinning experience but that certainly wasn’t the case for us at all!!!
Extremely loud. Food was okay, nothing great but for the price it was acceptable.
Perfection! Best restaurant in Las Vegas! Thank you!
The food was incredibly subpar and mediocre at best
Food was good to excellent and atmosphere was nice except it was extremely loud--loud music and customers were yelling above the music to have conversations. I don't think it's a good fit for older diners.
Too loud to enjoy the meal. Too crowded. Too many tables.
Overly priced for the quality food. You pay a premium to eat in the high end hotels which is expected but the food and drinks weren’t nearly as good as we had hoped or expected in reading other reviews.
Wry slow service! When politely asked status of appetizers server had attitude. We had a table of 10 business dinner never again.
The waitress has too many tables, so, she was slow. I mentioned that it was my birthday and she really didn't care.
El servicio muy bien
We really enjoyed the food and quality. We will visit again while in Las Vegas.
Great dinner as always! We brought another couple who had never been at Lavo before, and they enjoyed it immensely! Oh, and last night we took that same couple to Tao for their first time, and they loved Tao, too!
Great service!! Food was on point, exactly what I expected!!!
Host great and the restaurant is beautiful!!
We were expecting there to be entertainment, per their website details but nothing happened. Slightly disappointed about that. However, food & service were both great. Beautiful restaurant, too!
Wonderful Sunday Brunch. Delicious food and outstanding service!
The brunch was a great value. You get so much food we almost felt like the price was too good to be true. Going with more people seems ideal to be able to taste a little bit of more dishes. There were 2 of us and we had a lot of food.
We had an omelette, oysters, tuna tartare, chicken and waffles and chicken Alfredo. Our server, Alex was very pleasant and attentive.
This restaurant was AMAZING! Host, server and service was great! I would definitely recommend and also I would certainly go again.
The meal was ok, my fish was a little overcooked and under seasoned. Also, when our appetizers came out, they didn't bring them right to the table we saw them sitting off to the side for a few minutes before a waiter actually put them at our table. Also, my fish was expensive to come a la carte with no sides.
Great food for special occasion
My sister and visiting Vegas for vacation!
Nice out of the way spot. Although not quite like my "Nonna's cooking," it's pretty darn good quality and authentic. Tao group is always a great experience. Will be back here too...
Amazing food. The garlic bread was super delicious and is a must try!
Best service !
We’ve had the Sunday brunch buffet here before, but this time around, the service was poor and the food took too long to arrive from the kitchen. Was it worth the $49/person, I would still say yes for the food but the service is not consistent.
Waiter ignored my table most of the visit. I had to get one of the table clears to touch him on the shoulder while standing in front of my table in order to get his attention on multiple occasions. He was in attentive but the food was fabulous.
Delicious, more than enough food, all of it prepared to perfection. Our server was fantastic. Great experience!
The entire experience was awful. First, we were seated at the table that had dirty seats and table cloths. Second, took 30 minutes for the waiter finally show up. We had to pour ourselves water. Third, drinks from the bar had no alcohol in them. (We mentioned this to a server, our waiter never came to us once and we didn’t see him again for the entire dinner). Needless to say the issue with our drinks was never addressed. Our food arrived in about an hour and the meal itself was good. Finally it took another 30 minutes to flag a random server to bring us a check.
Lavo is a must every time we go to vegas. Great food great vibe great time
