   Loved our dinner at Lavo. Cocktails were great and our server was awesome. Entrees were perfect as well. Our group ordered the Salmon, Ravioli, Chilean Sea Bass, Penne A La Vodka, and the Marsala. Vibe in the restaurant was really cool and we would definitely come back when in town again.

   Great service and delicious food! We had the Garlic Bread, Chicken Parmigiana and Chilean Seabass Puttanesca. All amazing!

   The restaurant has an awesome vibe and the greeting staff was very friendly and efficient. The menu is moderately large with some great food choices. There were 3 of us so we sampled several foods. The branzino was my favorite but the pizza was really good too. The only issue was the waitress. She was not very attentive at all, forgot to put in an order for appetizers, forgot the birthday surprise she offered my daughter, and generally seemed to ramble haphazardly about. I don’t know if she was swamped but based on her misdemeanor, I think she’s just out of it. Overall it’s a great place and we just had a bad waitress. I still tipped well because it’s the right thing to do and would go there again in a beartbeat

   I’ve been several times to Lavo and always enjoy the Lavo Meatball. The quality seems to have slipped a little. Service was exceptional. Tennessee was our Waiter. The restaurant was packed at 6:30 for our reservations.

   We arrived a bit late night but: They served the appetizer and the main course together, forgot some drinks, served ginger beer without a glass. I don't understand what happened with this place...

   I’ve been by this place many many times when I check into Palazzo. I was expecting a more refined dining experience frankly. The food tasted good enough and the drinks were good, but it just seemed a bit off. We sat outside, which was lovely and the two servers were nice enough. But it didn’t have the polished refined “experience” feeling that I have come to expect with upper end Las Vegas restaurants. But prices were reasonable sitting outside was delightful and the food was decent. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. It just left me meh.

   Ambience is very nice. Sat on the patio which was pleasant. Hostess was friendly. Waitress was excellent, informative and knowledgeable (great recommendations), and very personable. Support staff was responsive and prompt. Enjoyed the braised short rib which lived up to the recommendation, as well as the Veal Milanese Capricciosa. Baby Beets salad was great and highly recommend the Prosciutto San Daniele Antipasti. Hope our waitress gets to enjoy Salem MA at Halloween.
