   Very slow service, it took time to get our drinks, food and every request there after was a longer than expected wait time. Food was great but our server was not attentive, forgot to put in an order for a salad. We were celebrating my anniversary and put that down in our reservation, I was expecting great service and great food and I did not received that.

   We had a 6:45pm reservation and were seated within 5 or so minutes upon arrival, which was appreciated. There were a lot of people and tables which accounted for the high decibel level, which made it difficult to converse. After ordering appetizers, we waited approximately 40 minutes for our food to be brought to the table. The two tables who sat down on either side of us about 15 minutes later both received their appetizers and entrees before we received our appetizers. The kitchen sent out some bread and vegetables as "compliments of the kitchen" as a way to placate the situation. When the appetizers did arrive, they were lukewarm at best but tasted great. Our entrees were just as good, hot this time, but I would have appreciated being told that the side of pasta with the chicken parmesean was an extra charge. Some of the services were lacking. Our waitress was extremely busy, which we understood, but she seemed to cater to the tables on either side of us and barely acknowledged our presence. The other waitstaff who helped assist her were on point. Overall, the food was good, the environment was loud, and the service left something to be desired.

   Our reservation was at 7:45pm. We arrived at 7:32pm. I was told by the hostess that we had 15 before our reservation. She would notify me when the table would be ready. We went to the bar and a have a cocktail to wait the 15 minutes. Well 7:45pm passed so asked the hostess if our table was ready. She said “ We have your table but are waiting for the previous party to leave”. I said ok fine. More time passed and numerous parties of three were seated before us even though we had been waiting since 7:32pm for a 7:45pm reservation. It was already after 8pm so we inquired about our reservation and were told the people before us had a 7:30 reservation. The restaurant website clearly states that there is a 15 grace period before your reservation is canceled. Apparently that is not followed. We were finally seated at approximately 8:30pm and had to rush through dinner in order to make it to the 9:30pm show on time!

   The service and attentiveness of the staff was top notch from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was fantastic as well.

   We love Lavo!! Our food was amazing I got the penne alla vodka and it was amazing. This is one of my favorite local spots

   Service was top notch, from wait staff to bathroom attendant. The meatball is a must and lived up to the hype, but our entrees fell a little short of expectations at the price point. The place is loud, no way around that. If you want to talk and anyone in your party is soft-spoken, good luck.

   The food was outstanding. The overall experience I have of the restaurant was awesome. We had such a great time for my wife birthday.

    La mesera que nos atendió desde el principio con una actitud desagradable, ordenamos sodas de bebidas y nos dice que no hay , y volteo a varias mesas y les llevaban soda. Tuve que pedir a otro mesero las sodas y si las llevo.
