Toronto’s first outpost of the iconic L’Avenue is the go-to spot for Brunch, Breakfast and Happy Hour. Brunch Reservations are available Monday to Friday by calling 416-722-8678, emailing info@lavenuetoronto.ca or via Open Table platform. For Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, please come in-person to add your name to the waitlist (or wait in line, weather dependent) and get ready to enjoy the L’Avenue experience that turns every meal into a celebration. ***Please Note: Daily Brunch service ends at 4pm*** Happy Hour under $10 Cocktails are available with Brunch service from 2pm to closing.

We are open for evenings Happy Hour (cocktails under $10 and delicious bites) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm - 9pm.

Lovely place and it was great to find a place open for breakfast downtown on a weekday. But the service /food and beverage delivery were really slow.

I made a reservation and they didn't have any tables reserved for our group, so it wasn't off to a good start, we then waited for an extra 15 mins until a table cleared. The service wasn't great either, we waited over an hour before getting our food (we were a group of 4), and our waiter didn't seem like he was listening. When we were ordering drinks and food, our server would repeat the wrong order and had to come back to our table to confirm the order (they had a notepad that they were taking down our orders with the whole time). The bacon was undercooked, the scrambled eggs were more like omelets, the side toast was burnt, and when asked if one of the plates could have french toast on the side it was just in the middle of the plate. There were many flies that were circulating the tables, and overall we were very disappointed. Overhyped and underdelivered.

Unfortunately, I consider this lunch to be unsuccessful. Service: Very slow, with little attention to detail. For example, the server didn’t ask about allergies — something that absolutely every restaurant normally does. When ordering coffee, she didn’t ask if I wanted sugar, and there were several other small oversights. Here’s a breakdown of the wait times: – It took 8 minutes from the moment we were seated until the server approached us. – 16 minutes to receive our coffee. – 28 minutes to receive our food. Food: The shakshuka was very average — lacking salt and overall flavor. I’d rate it 7/10. The Pink Salmon Benny was excellent — 10/10. Atmosphere: The tables are placed far too close together. We had to ask other guests to move their chairs just to reach our table. It was also very loud and uncomfortable. Overall conclusion: The food is tasty, but everything else needs improvement — especially the service.

Takes a long time to get food to the table. We went in a Thursday afternoon. Partner had stomach issue with their Americano served that day. Food is on the salty and oily side. Montreal location was definitely better.

Food was outstanding, but service was slow and tables that were sat after us were helped first which was disappointing. Our bread order did not come out with our meal, was wrong, and hard because it was under the heat lamp for too long. The bathroom was gross, the floor was covered in grey water and got my linen pants dirty.

Service was not great. They never came by to give us water. After we asked, we had to ask again before it was provided. I ordered a latte and didn't realize there were two sizes. They charged me for the largest size instead of asking which one I wanted. We also had to flag down a waitress to order and basically were ignored the majority of our time there
