Lava Korean Steakhouse is a festive place for all to enjoy. Each of our restaurant tables has its own grill to prepare delicious steaks including dry aged steaks and A5 Wagyu or even chicken, pork belly and shrimp. Diners can also select from several selection which are prepared by our chefs in the kitchen if grilling at the table does not suit your taste. We also offer a sushi menu featuring the renowned sushi of Chef Heryadi. You can enjoy a refreshing cocktail from our bar or select a special wine from the "Captain's List" to perfectly compliment your meal. Lava offers indoor and outdoor seating and is open for lunch and dinner daily.

Worst Korean food I ever had at a restaurant. Galbi and vegetables to grill with was okay as well as the salad but sesame dipping sauce had no sesame oil, just soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Kimchi and pickled radish was horrible tasting. Sushi was also worst only tuna and salmon and imitation crab meat, rice was not seasoned at all. Sashimi was okay, seemed fresh. Best part was the friendly waitress. Never eat at a Korean restaurant NOT owned by a Korean!

Food was delicious and waitress was great. Definitely will visit again when in Myrtle Beach Area.

We had a fantastic time there! The food was excellent and Henry was a great waiter! We will definitely all be back! Love this place!

This was an excellent choice while vacationing in Myrtle Beach area. The food was incredible and the service was on point. Oddly, the Open Table app showed that they were fully booked and this was not the case at all. Don’t use the app for this one, just call or show up. So far this is my favorite of all the places we have eaten in the area over the years.

This was our first visit. The Korean barbecue is a unique experience and was fun for our family. Service was very good. Food was ok and portions were good. Not a fine dining place but a fun place to go with family and friends. We will go again.

First time there, food was fresh , crisp salad with very good ginger dressing , excellent! Will be back for sure and take some new friends

First visit to Lava. Have been to other Korean Steakhouses in NY. Meet and veggies were good quality. Easy to grasp concept of cooking with the help of our server. 4 different side dishes along with a salad. Wish there were more sides. Plenty of food for 2 of us. Took home enough steak for a second meal. Although a great meal with my wife, we both agreed it would have been fun with a larger group..we may do that

Our server was excellent in explaining how everything works and type of food they have. The food was fresh and excellent. The owner came out to check on us. We have been to many Korean BBQ restaurants in California,Chicago and Korea. Lava is at the top of the list. You must give it a try.
