The outdoor dining views are spectacular. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. The lobster bisque and crab cake were amazing. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting an amazing way to rest at the Keys.

Ovi (I'm so sorry if I'm messing up the name!) was our waiter and 5 STAR service from the second he was assigned to us. Every employee we encountered was spectacular, I'd also like to mention our additional waiter (I never caught his name) was wonderfully helpful and positive!
The only complaint, and something totally not in the restaurant's control, was a table of sh*tty kids that kind of ruined the mood.
Had a great meal, unfortunately it was too cold to eat outside and it was dark so couldn't enjoy the view. My husband got the homemade fettuccine seafood and I got the risotto cakes, both were delicious! Our appetizer of fried green tomatoes with fresh mozzarella was also delicious. My husbands old fashioned was creative and a well made drink. The inside is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The boat ride over was a little rough, but worth the journey.

While we love the food and ambience of Latitudes, we have had problems twice in the last year when dining there. Both times, we were with friends and attempted to split the check among multiple credit cards. And both times, the charges were processed incorrectly. Instead of each of us being charged an equal portion of the total bill, all of our cards were charged multiple portions of the bill -- in one instance, every one of our cards was charged the entire bill. It took multiple calls to the restaurant to resolve the issue. We were also very disappointed that the manager did not offer any sort of compensation (e.g. complimentary bottle of wine at our next visit), especially after the second time this happened to us. IF we return (and that's definitely uncertain at this point), we will pay cash.
