    Service was very slow. Soft drinks took 20+ minutes to come out, our entrees took well over an hour and a half to come out, some people were done eating when the remainder of the group was served. We were offered 3 soft drinks for the inconvenience after making a complaint to a waitress. The service here is usually good but this visit was very disappointing.

    Our server Phillip seemed disconnected. He had to be reminded he didn’t take all drink orders, failed to follow up to see if people at my table received their orders, it took him 15 minutes to come back each time he was asked to follow up on something. He literally added an hour on to our service just waiting for him to return to the table. He wasn’t rude just slow and inattentive. I’ve been there a few times before and loved it. This time was frustrating and disappointing.

    Food was really good. We ate outside, it was nice but didn’t have a great view. The hotel next door is being renovated, so there was that. The flys are also an issue when dining outside.

    We took our son and his friend here for his birthday dinner and everything was on point. Could not have asked for anything to be better. Will definitely go back.

    It doesn’t get much better than Latitudes. Be sure to set a reservation in advance especially if you’re doing a weekend thing. We absolutely loved it. One last thing the server chased us down when my brother left his wallet. Integrity matters. Thank you
