    The four starters we chose were perfectly prepared and seasoned; the waitstaff solicitious, and the visual ambience luxurious. The overall conversation level was very pleasant until a large party of enthusiastic guests were seated at a string of conjoined tables. This transformed the atmosphere from a relaxing evening out of fine dining to one better suited to Hooters. The too audible topics and manner of conversation were more appropriate for a separate function room than at the center of the main dining area. Another possible solution, to have them commandeer the bar area, might have preserved the remainder of the evening for the majority of patrons. This was the only criticism of an otherwise lovely experience.

    With the high rating on OpenTable, I had high hopes for this place. Sadly, it didn’t measure up. There were 4 tables filled when we were seated, but it took the waitress 15+ mins to greet us and ask for our drink orders. That slow, inattentive service occurred throughout our meal. Additionally, I saw a couple wait over 10 mins to be greeted by a restaurant employee. I saw a waiter walk right past them to get a drink order from the bar and he didn’t even acknowledge them. The food didn’t measure up for the price either. We got the hummus and pita which was fine but it was served with only 2 small pitas. My husband got the waygu steak. He enjoyed it. The smoked burrata was pretty but the smoke overwhelmed the entire dish and was not great. With so many options in Clearwater, I recommend skipping this place.

    This was Our 1st time at latitude. We were looking for some competition to Ocean Hai on the beach for ambiance & taste, & we found it. No sushi, but they make up for it in other ways. Had the special red snapper dish and it was fantastic. Daniel our server was great, attentive & fun to talk to. Live music was an unexpected bonus. Will be back.

    Had a great meal at Latitude 28. Isabelle our server was very helpful since we weren’t familiar with some of the dishes. We ended up getting a few different dishes to share. Had a table outside overlooking the beach, watching the sunset. So glad we decided to go. Can’t wait to come back with friends.

    Friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant and excellent food. Appetizers and main entrees were very tasty. For dessert, we tried the key lime pie which was amazing! Will definitely go back.

    Do yourself a favor and visit this gorgeous beachfront restaurant in Clearwater. The service is unmatched. The food was absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths couldn't leave the place without meeting their chef Nisa, and our server Favio who was also great and very polite. Can’t wait to return it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you

    The restaurant has a very limited menu. I would not recommend if you are looking for any variety. It is Mediterranean, but still no variety. No seafood options, seems strange when you are right on the beach. The service was horrible, or should I say, What Service? We had to motion for someone each time and there were only 3 other tables occupied! I understand why the restaurant was empty! This is the main dinner venue in this beautiful new resort. I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium member, I'll say they really dropped the ball here. There is only 1 other restaurant next to the pool, it had no air conditioning even in the areas that were inside. Very disappointed.

    The decor is nice and updated modern. Staff friendly and attentive. The food was tasty. Prices were to be expected for being at the JW. The only complaint would be it was cold inside the restaurant.

    We had a beautiful evening sitting outside on the porch of the restaurant! Our waiter, John, was very friendly professional and knowledgeable of menu items. The food we ordered was amazing …not rushed at all

    We sat outside and enjoyed the views. Service was exceptional. People were very nice. We had our 2.5 year old son and he enjoyed the beach area. Drinks were amazing, as well. Just got some appetizers and small plates for food.

    The service was the highlight of our experience. The food was overpriced under seasoned and poorly prepared. As a Clearwater Beach Local, I will not return. They're other high-end restaurants on the island worthy of the expense.

    We dined here two nights in a row after our first night left us wanting more. We left our order up to the chef's discretion and were thoroughly impressed by the Wagyu and pistachio cake. Absolutely delicious! The service provided by Melia was top notch; a proper fine dining, mis-en-place experience with an accommodating table side manner. She answered all of our questions and was a wealth of knowledge. We look forward to dining here again.

    Food was flavored really good. It is unusual for me to really like everything that they brought out but I did, no hyperbole, appetizers, main course and desert were right, not over done not underdone. Ambiance was great, service was top notch.

    Latitude 28 was trying to be a high quality restaurant. While the service is there, the food and overall experience need to play catch-up. The menu was lacking, the food wasn’t great, and the seating felt and looked like it came from IKEA. Skip this and head to Columbia.

    Atmosphere is great- entree is good - salad is much too small - menu too limited - time should fix the slow service- feedback should allow them to understand a tiny salad shouldn’t be expensive (don’t reduce the price, make the salad the size it should be) - time should also allow them to know that prompt service is expected at a beautiful new hotel - we’ll go back & try again

    Wasn’t really for us. Didn’t realize how much meditation influence menu had. Steak was tender but seasoning was a little on the heave side and masked the meat flavor. Same with the fish. If you like Mediterranean flavors you may enjoy it.

    First time customer. Service was quick and appropriately attentive. Ambiance comfortable with excellent views of the water. Menu offered serval options for each member of the party. Food was quite good with varied flavors and textures. Excellent presentation. I had the key lime pie dessert which continued the flavor/texture trends from dinner. I plan to eat here again and recommend to others.
