Exceptional service and quality. Each item is a work of art. And the waiter was extremely helpful at helping us choose and ensuring we had enough to share. We took some risks and weren't disappointed.

un peu renfermé comme endroit mais personnel sympatique et plats succulents. service au dessus d un aquarium avec paysage de restaurant Chinois de Toronto un peu wild serait a repenser. Mais concept d ouverture sur cuisine apprécié.
Une belle soirée tout de meme.

The food was good but we tended to compare the St. Germaine L' Atelier in Paris and of course, Paris was an incredible food journey. However having said that, the waitress who served us was excellent which actually made our day. She was extremely pleasant and bent backwards to make our dining experience better than expected. Kudos to her for her efforts.

Une expérience culinaire qui en vaut le coup!!! Un service impeccable!!! Chaque plat se démarque par sa présentation unique et soignée et son goût tout simplement délicieux. Je n’ai jamais rien vu de tel, comme le canard et foie gras ou le pétoncle. Le souci du détail est au rendez-vous sur toute la ligne. Un staff chaleureux et accueillant, qui donne le meilleur d’eux-mêmes. Particulièrement le serveur et mixologue Charles qui nous a fait passé un moment des plus agréables au bar. Et le maître d’hôtel qui s’assure de votre bonheur et confort. Multiples options pour la nourriture, menu dégustation pour les gourmands, menu petites portions pour les plus petits appétits ou plus petits budgets. Je suggère ce restaurant sans hésiter, pour toutes occasions, souper romantique ou entre amis ou souper d’affaires, anniversaire de mariage ou fête, etc. Il est officiellement mon restaurant #1 à Montréal. Un incontournable!!!

Une superbe soirée!
L'idée générale du restaurant est de vivre une expérience culinaire et le design est en conséquence. Le gros des places est situé au bar qui donne sur la cuisine ouverte et on peut, de ce fait, admirer le travail de moines des cuisiniers. Malgré cette ouverture, le niveau sonore est au plus bas. Les instructions sont données à l'équipe sans que nous sursautions à chaque fois. Bravo!
L'atmosphère se veut conviviale et ça fonctionne. Tout le personnel est courtois, attentif et super sympathique. Conseils compris!
Mon mari et moi avons opté pour l'option expérience et n'avons pas été déçu. D'aucun plat.
Nos coups de coeur: La coquille St-Jacques, la pieuvre qui fondait littéralement dans la bouche et le flétan. Mais tout était recherché et délicieux.
Ce n'est évidemment pas à la portée de toutes les bourses. Loin s'en faut. Mais je ne regrette pas cette dépense un peu folle et je n'oublierais pas de si tôt cette merveilleuse sortie. En espérant pouvoir y retourner un jour...

This is a uniquely wonderful experience . The experience was a foodies delight starting with the basket of breads, full flavored , tasting and delicious. We experienced the hommage menu which provided us with a taste of the wonderful items on the menu. A great way to discover M. Robuchon's culinary talents.

Expérience culinaire fabuleuse du début à la fin. On a hâte d'y retourner. La carte des vins mériterait d'être plus élaborée, mais bon nous avons tout de même trouver un vin d'exception.

My experience far exceeded my expectations. This restaurant offers a wonderful laid back atmosphere to enjoy great food, creative cocktails and great wines to share with your significant other or with friends. The bar is great because you get to witness the magic of the kitchen and surprisingly comfortable even for a shorty (5ft) like me. A definit place to go back to.

Nous fêtions un anniversaire en famille. On aurait pas pu demander plus chic, plus courtois, plus inspiré. On nous a offert l’option de dégustation végétalienne, la preuve que bien manger dans un restaurant étoilé n’exclut ni les végétaliens ni les végétariens. Toute la famille a passé une soirée mémorable.

Expérience ultime pour un séjour gastronomique à Montréal. Perfection et simplicité. Concept mondialement connu et reconnu appliqué à la lettre dans cette établissement. Finesse, saveurs, goûts et précision du dressage sont les atouts de cette table. Le menu « découverte » est une pépite. Réservé aux amateurs de grande table. Compliments spéciaux pour Charles le sommelier et à Joannie sa complice. J’ai adoré .

An outstanding experience. Up to the standards of the best Joel Robuchon restaurant out there. Been to l’atelier in Vegas (which is a Michelin star eatery), and frankly this one was even better. The amuse bouche, the foie gras and châtaigne, fish, bison... just really really good. Exquisite Wine pairing and the breads... goodness... it doesn’t get better than this. Truly one of the best restaurant in Montreal. Hands-down no contest one of the best.

Highly recommended, worth the money, worth walking through this kitschy and ridiculous atrocity called the Casino with these people walking around with their free coffee.. good grief... 🙄

Cuisine originale, exquise, préparée avec avec le plus grand soin. Par contre, il faut être prêt à en payer le prix. Menu dégustation pour une personne et un verre de vin peut facilement coûtera près de 300$.
