   Great food and great service. I love the ambience of this restaurant. Service is always outstanding.

   I took a group of college students to dinner, who enjoyed the dinner a bit more than I did. Food was very good - I had a pizza that was well executed and good. Others in the group had pizza and pasta dishes that they also enjoyed, no complaints. Service was okay - took a few minutes for first contact but things moved smoothly after that. I don't care for the "open kitchen" concept of bringing out food as prepared rather than for the entire table. As in previous visits, the noise level in the restaurant is deafening. My younger companions had no issues, but as a more senior person I had an extremely difficult time hearing and participating in conversations. To summarize - good food, reasonable prices, painfully noisy.

   It was very noisy (loud music) indoors, but we ate outside, which was lovely. Service was attentive. The salads with shrimp and tuna, respectively, were amply and carefully prepared. Properly cut ingredients, perfect amount of dressing. It was a lovely lunch.

   Always the best experience at LS at Villanova. Luke was an excellent server and sitting outside tonight was great.

   We love LaScala’s and have had good experiences. I want to be clear, the waitress was great, but the kitchen was not. It did not seem real busy, but our appetizers came out at different times, and we waited before placed our main courses. Close to 30 minutes from ordering apps. Some of the apps came out after our main course was delivered. And when the main course came it was staggered two of us got our main dish and the other two came about 15 minutes later. The waiter did take one app off our bill, but overall experience was not up to par and what we have liked about lascalas

   Nice place...good service....above avg prices...$17 for long hots...avg food...nothing stood out... pretty generic for price

   LaScala never disappoints! Great food, best wait staff, and always accommodating! There’s something for everyone on the menu.

   I visited this restaurant for the first time with 4 friends. Our waitress was outstanding! She quickly asked and then brought us drinks, took our orders and answered questions especially regarding gluten free offerings. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and it was very good. I asked for "light sauce" and it was served exactly as requested. Our reservation was 1:30 PM so the lunch crowd had dispersed so we were able to spend 2+ hours talking and laughing and really enjoying the afternoon.

    Our second time there, food is excellent, service great as well!! We loved the chopped salad! Appetizers are outrageously delicious too!!
