1. I didn’t understand why the customers who were standing in line behind us were seated at the table before us(( 2. They never heard about open table dining rewards so they didn’t accept. 3. Ask to prepare well done for stake but it was still bloody in there.

We returned to Larson's after a brief period of having dinners elsewhere. It was a wonderful experience. Live piano music contributes greatly to the ambiance. The restaurant's interior is simple and elegant. Service was amazing. We went there for my 72nd birthday and had a great time. Thank you, Larson's. You are truly a first-class restaurant.

Was recommended by our hotel to visit here. We love our steak but this one was very disappointing. Ordered medium plus ribeye, was medium rare & had a lot more than average gristle through.. they may took it back to the chef, only to say try a t bone.. this was just the same. My partner had abreast Easter hers by the time mine came back.. the sides was now cold at this point! Was our anniversary too, which was highlighted on the booking, but nothing mentioned either! Shame!

We used to come for special events, but it's been about a year since our last visit. Sadly, like so many restaurants, the prices have gone way (way) up, while the food quality has noticeably gone down. Wish it wasn't like this.

Delightful food, extremely courteous staff. Everything is purchased a la cart, so be aware sides aren't automatically added to your meal -- but the side portions are good for about three people each. More if you aren't big eaters.

Very rude . We order 2 steaks with sides 2 drinks and soup . Paid 350& Wow. Why you sell steak with no sides Davenport has much better service and quality

My steak (petit filet) was tough and chewy. we had a reservation, which was confirmed twice by open table yet our table wasn't set, we had to wait for them to set the table. The servers appeared to be stretched thin. My ice tea was served in a plastic cup - not what you expect when you go to a steakhouse.

I have eaten at Larson's many times. However, it seems that the quality of the meat they use has taken a step backwards. Don't get me wrong. It was good. But it was not special the way it used to be. Both I, and one of my companions, who order a different steak than me had the same thought. We both said, perhaps, to save money they changed vendors. The service and the wine were impeccable. One other comment, the seats in the booths were a bit uncomfortable and could use reupholstering. The blue cheese wedge salad was great!

Larsons is what it is. A solid neighborhood steakhouse, that delivers a very good product and a great ambience. Management and servers pay particular attention to each table. Piano player was world class. My only complaint, I actually don’t even want to call it that because it isn’t. More just an fyi. This place is all ala-carte and not cheap, so just know that going it. I’d go back for anytime.

1) I ordered EXTRA dressing on the side, but the order was delivered without any dressing on the salad. So the EXTRA dressing wasn't even enough for the salad. 2)The main course was delivered while the salad was only half completed, bad timing! 3) The steak was ordered med rare, it was delivered med WELL. 4) The steak had a unusually high amount of grizzle and silver skin, even for a rib eye. Overall, very disappointing.

I wanted so bad to like this place. My brother is visiting me from NY and I wanted him to enjoy good steak. Unfortunately both of our Medium rare steaks came out over cooked. My brothers steak was so well done it wasn’t good to eat. I ate mine because I had a such a migraine I needed to eat something desperately. We are on crunch time, we had initially told our host before being sat down that we needed to make to a theater showing. I was in such a state of shock that our was bad that I completely didn’t even think of taking a picture to show on here or Yelp. My poor brother had to return the over cooked steak and just had popcorn for dinner at the theater that evening. Oh and their glassware was really dirty I couldn’t drink from it. It was a very disappointing experience for us. It’s a steak place for gods sake why would they not cook it properly?

Great restaurant. I love the quality and taste of the food. Facilities are great. The distinguished tall manager is an awesome presence when I have been there on a Friday night. Great service. Friendly servers. Ordered the 24 oz aged bone in ribeye and the scottish salmon. Yum, what can I say. Get the butter cake for dessert.

This is the second time in the last month I have been. I thought last time was amazing but this time was even better. Food was fantastic. Steak was amazing. Cooked to perfection. Probably the best I have had. Service by James was perfect. One of those visits where dirty plates disappear and new ones are there as if by magic. Really nice to have a live piano! This has become my #1 steakhouse. Corkage fee is a little high but hey not even noticed in scheme of things. A must go !!!
