You know that warm glow you carry after experiencing an exceptional meal? We dined at Lars Bar and Grill for lunch yesterday and I’m still carrying that feeling 24 hours later. Every single dish was delicious. I think Lars B&G is the best on the GC at the moment (and big call, but possibly Australia). I don’t personally know anyone at Lars B&G, this is a genuine review, but we did meet Lars himself yesterday and he’s a nice guy, to accompany the obvious incredible talent he holds. I can’t speak highly enough about this place!

Fantastic lunch with a few fabulous friends. Food and drinks were amazing. The service just needs work as the girl forgot to refill glasses and was slow at getting our orders.

A GREAT Restaurant that we ALWAYS Love the food BUT I ALWAYS end of Unhappy because of Unnecessary Additional Charges, (Yesterday's was the $52 'Sunday Surcharge' ! :-(

Actions speak louder than words. We went there for dinner last night and returned for a late lunch today without a booking. We were treated like long list friends and everything was impeccable. Everything.

Great new restaurant to the Gold Coast - I feel like this has been missing for some time. Unique with reasonable prices; food was amazing and service was perfect. Relaxed formal dining. For someone who has gone to SK since the beginning, it is great to see Lars in his own kitchen!
