It was such a bummer. I’ve eaten here before countless times, but have never had such a bad experience. Tonight was my birthday, and I was so excited to eat here because I’ve always loved it, but tonight was super disappointing. I’m dairy free (which has never been an issue at Eataly for me), but the waitress said the chef wouldn’t take the cheese off of any menu items, which severely limited my options. She also wouldn’t split our checks (has also never been an issue for me before at Eataly), and there was no acknowledgement that it was my birthday whatsoever. I will definitely never be spending a special occasion here again, which makes me so sad.

Food was above average but overpriced. However we had a great time, good wine, and enjoyed shopping the store so for a unique birthday meal, it was worth the extra expense.

The service was good but the food was meh and on the pricy side - a $18 side salad? We thought at that price, it was a large entree salad. Plus it was so noisy, it’s was nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with others at our table. Will not return.

Fun evening out. Food is good but not exceptional. Service was good, but our order was simple and we didn't order alcohol, so the server didn't have to do much. Make time to shop the store afterwards and take home some fresh pastries.

HORRIBLE service at the front. We sat after 45 minutes of waiting with kids. They sat a group of 6 that arrived long after us. Thank you to our waitress Michelle she was AMAZING!

It was very ok. The gnocchi was supposed to have pesto but it was a black color? It was also overcooked and just mushy. I took the leftovers home but decided not to eat them. Also the service was super slow, and it is extremely loud. Overall I give it a “meh.”

We were sat right away because of our reservation. We went for dinner. They were out of many things. No bread, and not many non alcoholic drink options. I ordered a bottled tea and was charged $5 when we walked through the store after dinner the same bottle of tea was $3.50. The food wasn’t anything extraordinary and even lacked a little seasoning. Our food was also delivered cold. We had fun because it was a new experience for our family, but not something we feel we need to experience again.

The Pizza we ordered was very good, the Pasta was good (Carbonara) not great. Not the fault of the restaurant, but dinner included a toddler climbing all over the table and booth she was sitting at, which was behind our table. It's a family place, understandable, however, standing and jumping up and down in the booth should not have happened, mainly for the childs safety - they parents were distracted with their other child. Would give it another try and sit at the bar. There was a misunderstanding when we were sat - had immediate attention from one server, who then passed us to another - who left us alone for 10 minutes, they both ended up waiting on us, which was fine. Just alot of mishaps on this trip.

The biggest issue with the experience was due to the hostess’s. A reservation was made for 4:00 so we arrived early (20 mins early) checked in with the hostess was told we would not be sat until 4. Okay no problem.. waiting until 3:58 rechecked and and told again we had to wait until 4:00 ( it was 2 mins till) . While we waited right by the hostess counter another family of 4 as a walk-in went to the hostess counter and they sat them right away (when they had no reservation). 3-4 mins pass 4:00 and the hostess just acted as if we didn’t exist. Set the mood of the whole experience at a huge disservice. Then went back to stand at the hostess counter for them to acknowledge me.. my whole complete party of 4 was less than 5 feet away the whole time, yet treated as if us being customers was an inconvenience to her. As well as the hostess talking about us the whole time to another hostess with us being ear shot away.

I’ve made reservations for my bday for 6. The table was ready in time. Our waiter, I guess, was too busy to give our fullest attention and it took quite sometime to order drinks and appetizers. Appetizers were calamari zucchini and fucasia, delicious! After 45 min in we realized that our entree’s were not taken. Had to call the manager and ask to order. All was delicious and everyone was happy! As soon as we were done, waiter kept pushing for desserts. We asked for the bday dessert as we were full, but he kept asking if we still want it. This is our second time there and we will definitely come back, but will definitely ask for a different waiter. If you’re waiter is grumpy, your meal will look like one too.

Food was very good including the bread. We had the least expensive bottle of Chianti $79, was one of the most expensive meals we’ve ever had, ambiance was not that special. We’ll go back but order more modestly next time.

Our waitress missed the mark. It was my sisters birthday. She never mentioned it once. She didn’t offer dessert, but gave us the check without any prompting. Everyone around us was having table side cannoli. It was a little bizarre for Eataly.

Food was very good with the only exception being one persons entree came out well before the other two entrees. Now that would not have been a problem had the wait person told us in advance. Our wait person was great, they kept checking back on us and everything was good.

The seafood pasta was bland so I had to return it. I got pasta bolognese instead which was excellent. Another guest ordered salmon which was over cooked and had to send it back too. They got a mushroom pasta instead which was also very good . The place is very pretty but I think it’s overpriced

My 16 year old and 6 of her friends had dinner for her birthday, my friend and I went along and sat at a separate table. I ordered a 20 dollar salad (it wasn't even in a dinner size bowl), and added shrimp (for $10 more). So the salad was $30 total. I got 4 medium size shrimp, a medium sized salad that was mostly lettuce, and went home hungry. Boo. I'm not frugal, and I rarely complain, but this was ridiculous.
