I’ve made reservations for my bday for 6. The table was ready in time. Our waiter, I guess, was too busy to give our fullest attention and it took quite sometime to order drinks and appetizers. Appetizers were calamari zucchini and fucasia, delicious! After 45 min in we realized that our entree’s were not taken. Had to call the manager and ask to order. All was delicious and everyone was happy! As soon as we were done, waiter kept pushing for desserts. We asked for the bday dessert as we were full, but he kept asking if we still want it. This is our second time there and we will definitely come back, but will definitely ask for a different waiter. If you’re waiter is grumpy, your meal will look like one too.

Had the 2 courses for 26 and opted for the 10 dollar wheel pasta. Portions were decent and tasted good. Server was super busy, so had to wait a little, which is understandable.

Overall=Meh. Nothing special. We ordered calamari, shared the arugula salad and a pizza. Our server was friendly, but we literally were in and out in 35 minutes and felt rushed.

Food was very good including the bread. We had the least expensive bottle of Chianti $79, was one of the most expensive meals we’ve ever had, ambiance was not that special. We’ll go back but order more modestly next time.

Our waitress missed the mark. It was my sisters birthday. She never mentioned it once. She didn’t offer dessert, but gave us the check without any prompting. Everyone around us was having table side cannoli. It was a little bizarre for Eataly.

Food was very good with the only exception being one persons entree came out well before the other two entrees. Now that would not have been a problem had the wait person told us in advance. Our wait person was great, they kept checking back on us and everything was good.

The seafood pasta was bland so I had to return it. I got pasta bolognese instead which was excellent. Another guest ordered salmon which was over cooked and had to send it back too. They got a mushroom pasta instead which was also very good . The place is very pretty but I think it’s overpriced

My 16 year old and 6 of her friends had dinner for her birthday, my friend and I went along and sat at a separate table. I ordered a 20 dollar salad (it wasn't even in a dinner size bowl), and added shrimp (for $10 more). So the salad was $30 total. I got 4 medium size shrimp, a medium sized salad that was mostly lettuce, and went home hungry. Boo. I'm not frugal, and I rarely complain, but this was ridiculous.

Glad we made a reservation at La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly Dallas last Saturday night. Customers were in a line about 10 deep when we finished after 6 pm. We shared a pizza with artichokes, red sauce, and proscuitto and a pasta carbonara. Both were excellent and came out very quickly! We finished with a cannoli and then went shopping in the store. So much fun! The server was efficient and professional but wished she was a little more personable and smiled a little more.

We live 2 hours from La Pizza and La Pasta and try to come any time we get a chance. The food is delicious and fresh. The service is impeccable. We enjoy the ambiance and variety of dishes we can order and enjoy. We celebrated my birthday and they brought me a bday cannoli with a candle. So sweet.

At the moment of arrival we immediately got to seat with no wait. The server was very prepared and kind. Food was amazing as always. We had two pizzas and some appetizers. We enjoyed the food a lot.

Fourth visit here. Food and drink selections and quality very good. Service this time was not good. Will return hoping this was an anomaly. Just an aside. Ask not to be seated at a round marble for two. Not enough space for all dishes during meal.

My kids and I make an effort to always eat here every time we are in the area. The food is always amazing and so is the service. You know it’s good when a preteen girl who is a picky eater says this is one of her favorite places. I’m also super surprised every time they have something special going on. We have been able to try many different things that we normally wouldn’t since we are very loyal to our favorite items.

Understandably in a upscale mall the prices for a meal will be higher. However, the Calamari was average, the Seafood Pasta Dish although very tasty, the amount and size of the seafood left a lot to be desired. The Margarita Pizza was excellent. The service was very good.

The food was really good, as usual! The only thing that we didn't like was how our reservation was handled. We showed up a few minutes early and were told that our table wasn't ready. About 4 groups of people walked in without a reservation and were seated before us. We also specified when making the reservation that we wanted a standard, not high-top, table. We were seated at a high-top table that had been empty the whole time we were kept waiting.

The food was average at best. The service was very good and really the only saving grace. The prices were too high when a pasta with 4 mussels, 4 clams, 2 shrimp and a bland sauce cost $33. A sub-par bread was $6 - why bread is not a freebie I do not know. The pizza crust was quite burnt and negated the tasty toppings yielding an overall negative on that selection.

They were prepping for a private event so it was probably just an off night for them. Appetizer was ok and came out quick which was nice. Drinks were very good. Pizza was good but came out long before the pasta dish. My wife was almost done eating before my pasta dish came out. Seafood pasta was not good and very undercooked. I could tell as soon as they sat the plate in front of me. It smelled like a raw fish market and tasted like one. I stopped eating it after 2 bites. Overall just an off night.
