The restaurant was extremely loud, I talked to my day and into trying this over Maggiano’s and it was a mistake. We got seated at a table that was wobbly. I asked to move and they said they had too many reservations. We were greeted by one waiter, assuming that was who was taking care of us, but after a drink order and appetizer order he said he was just helping someone else, who clumsily showed up into our entrée order. I ended up not eating my order, and my date revealed to me after the fact, trying to be courteous, that hers was also of poor quality and tasted like rubber. I’m Italian and new to Dallas and I’m ashamed I even went.

Meatball appetizer was great, as were the pizzas. Ravioli didn’t have enough filling but otherwise was very good. Great service. The booth we sat at had a table that was very narrow with big metal posts that we banged our knees on, and we were overall cramped and uncomfortable, even my skinny teenager.

Solid food, good service. This is a regular place for us because it’s nice food and has a great kids menu.

We love the cocktails. And one of our favorites is calzone + arugula salad with tiramisu to top it off! Food was lovely. Because it was July 4th weekend, it wasn’t so crowded and therefore not so noisy. Very nice, prompt service. Thanks

My husband and I eat here a good bit and we have always had good service. Started out well with being seated in less than 5 min by I believe one of the managers. Told us our waiter would be with us shortly. We waited and waited- longest ever (they were not that busy) Finally the guy who seated us came over and asked if we had any questions about the menu? We said No, We only want to order- He took our order apps and pizza. Someone dropped our apps off and without asking put some kind of sauce on the tomatoes that was part of caprese Without asking us if we wanted and it did not taste good! We saw a waiter who was waiting on the booths in front of ours- He Finally made eye contact and asked how the food was? Then he brings us the bill -puts it on the table! Didn't ask if we wanted dessert or coffee or another round of drinks- My husband handed him the bill back and told him what he did wrong- - He said nothing & walked off. I asked for Americano and he said Coffee machine broken- I have to go downstairs for coffee!!! Not a good experience La Pizza & La Pasta! Do better!

The spinach ricotta is amazing. The service was very good and the table by the wondow was perfect.

The food on the plate has gotten a lot smaller but the prices haven’t. Still wonderful food!
