オープンテーブルで予約したためか、店の都合かわからないが、最初に案内された席がソファー席でなくバーよりの席だった。変えてくださいといったら、直ぐ変えてもらえたのでよかったが、最初に案内された席はどうしてそうなったか少し不満であった。

お盆休暇中に何処にも出掛けなかったので何か美味しいものを食べようとタパスbyピャチューレへ。まずは窓に広がる東京駅界隈の夕暮れ〜夜景の移り変りに感激。絶景です。噂の自家製フライドポテト•生ハム•鮪のタルタルアボカドとウオッカのグラニテ•ポルペッテと並べて貰い舌鼓。どれも美味で愛おしい小品ばかり。ワインは千種ソムリエに好みを伝えて勧めて頂いた伊太利亜ワインは白も赤も料理によく合い酒量がすすみました（笑）。夫婦で素敵な料理とサービスを満喫しました。大切な人とだけ利用したい大事なお店が見つかりました。あ、アスパラガスとパルメザンチーズのリゾットを頂くのを忘れた！これは、次回の楽しみに。

勧められていただいたオレンジワインが大変素晴らしいものでした。オレンジワインというものを初めて知りました。場所が場所ですから、それなりにお値段も張りますが、堅苦しい雰囲気ではなく、気楽に楽しめます。

これがシャングリラのサービスなの⁈と驚くほどの、レベルの低いサービスでした。お水を頼んで、出てくるまで3回お願いしました。これがシャングリラでなければ、許せるんですけどね。味は美味しかっただけに、残念です。

I want to love this place because we've had great meals in the past, but unfortunately it seems they have changed their menu and we were not impressed with the new selections. Although it was pricey for tapas before, now it feels less generous in portions (1 taco for 1100 yen, 1 arancini for 1200 yen, etc.). Plus the menu selections were less enticing this time. Further, only one server was working the entire tapas section (although it was nearly empty), and the service wasn't what I would consider great. We really liked this place before but it has moved in the wrong direction. Disappointed!

知人との打ち合わせと懇親を兼ねた会食でした。落ち着いた雰囲気で静かに会話ができ、食事も美味しかったです。サービスも非常に良く気に入りました。

窓側の席では、皇居方面の眺めが素晴らしく店内も落ち着いた雰囲気です。料理も美味しいものばかりでした。アルコールの種類がもう少し豊富だと更に良いと思います。

自家製フライドポテトは今まで食べたことのない絶品の味❗他の食事も皆美味しく、お安く、コストパフォーマンス抜群。その上28階の窓からは、東京駅をはさんで高層ビルの夜景が手に取るように眺められる。東京駅の目の前なので帰りにチョイと寄るのも良い。

メニューが少なく、野菜系がない。サービスは問題ないし、ワインセラーからワインを選ぶコンセプトはいいし、眺めはかなきれい。フードは普通に美味しい。が、とにかくＣＰ悪い。ホテルバーなので、ＣＰ求めているわけではないが、近くのアマン、マンダリンや４Ｓより割高感あるし、デートでいくのならそっちの方が盛り上がるのでは。お店としては面白いところ、個人的にはなにかが足りない。

i came with my friend for the opening of this place! we were really loved this place and services. all the staffs are smiley and humorous and nice. got fantastic ham for the little gift even make us more happy! fantastic cost performance. very calm and good astmosphere, no screaming ppl, felt like we were in some resort. the best part is the ofcourse food, we were fall in love with the truffle cheese fondue! bellissimo! i and my friend always talking that we want to go back but just we were busy these days but we are going back sometime soon again!
