Lanza's is a fun neighborhood Italian restaurant. This is an ideal hole-in-the-wall restaurant, and that is to be taken in the best possible way. The dining room is small and intimate, and it gets lively as locals and regulars crowd in to enjoy the great food and wine. Lanza's isn't hard to find, as there are purple neon lights outlining its street side windows, welcoming everyone who wold like to stop in. Lanza's menu is made up of classic Italian dishes. There is a homemade lasagna, penne alla vodka, grilled salmon and a linguine de la mar with oysters, scallops, shrimp and lobster. While it is easy to fill up on pasta, diners should be sure to pace themselves so they can order one of Lanza's light and airy tiramisu with just a touch of coffee flavor.
