Great service. Amazing food. Very cozy decor and ambiance. We will definitely visit again.
Just ran in for lunch! It’s so festive and charming
Pretty quiet. It was a Wednesday night but we were the only table there. On the pricey side. Smaller portions.
L’Angolo gets high marks for the effort they put into creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The owners have made a significant upgrade on the previous restaurant in every respect: food, service and decor. A terrific neighborhood spot.
The special white truffle pasta menu item was AMAZING & we split that for the table. The Fussili Genovese was what I ordered for dinner and I can’t even rate how good it was!
Terrific restaurant with wonderful entrees and great service.
Great Tribeca restaurant. Our new favorite place to dine for wonderful Italian food.
Food was incredible, one of my new favorite spots in nyc
We went to celebrate our Anniversary and it was perfect! The crew, from the bar to the table, was so nice and professional and the food was amazing! I was craving a dish I saw on their instagram and couldn’t find on the menu but I asked and they made it for us! I’ll definitely going back! The most delicious italian food!
Amazing meal with terrific staff... One of our favorite date nights
Delicious food and wonderful service. While a bit pricey for some items, I'd definitely come back. The arancini are lightly fried and filled with cheese. The meatballs were very well flavored, slightly salty, but toned down by whipped ricotta. The fusilli in a pesto cream sauce with sundried tomatoes and asparagus was very good!
We love this place!!
Truffle pasta was UNBELIEVABLE - this is a must go to in anew York
Decent Italian food, but the service wasn't so great.
My 95 year dad and I dine here and we love it. He has very specific requests, doesn't see or hear well and they are very accommodating.
The food is absolutely delicious: fresh, unique and served in a lovely setting.
Go....you will be very happy!
Great in everything! I recomend!
Excellent food and very friendly service! This place is a true gem. The gnocchi pesto with burrata is a must so is the truffle pasta, can’t wait to go back
we were outside, and it was a quiet night. The food was great and it was very relaxing. I would just say to make sure you check your bill. I almost didn't and then when i did i realized they charged me for a small item we didn't have. I might be paranoid but i just found it odd because it wasn't busy and it was a cappuccino . We never even looked at or discussed getting dessert. I guess mistakes do happen so it might have been an honest mistake, but all the more reason to check. I would go back.
We sat outside, it was a nice evening and I had read a lot of good recommendations. They had a regular menu und a special menu with additional dishes such as the famous truffle pasta - without mentioning the price. So when I ordered it the waiter said: you know, I have to tell you the price so it’s 49$. I was definitely surprised by the price and I think they don’t write the price on the special menu on purpose. A regular contract requires two consensual declarations which definitely can’t be made without knowing all the important information - such as the price.
Anyway, I changed my choice because I think that’s robbery. We had Cacio Pepe and Carbonara and it looked really nice. unfortunately the carbonara was too salty and the cacio Pepe was missing something (maybe salt).
After we finished we wanted to leave and since we sat outside the waiter had forgotten about us. Not particularly severe but in a restaurant where you pay 100$ for a burrata and two pasta I expect attentiveness.
Food was great, however, our service was a bit slow (there was only 3 other tables at the time) and our server mumbled a lot.
No prices on the specials, wasn’t fun receiving the check and seeing how much it was after the fact.
absolutely delicious. a little expensive for what you get, but the homemade pasta is outstanding
Food was tasteless and over priced.
Great, as usual! Just a little louder than usual!
The truffle pasta is to DIE for. The ambiance is amazing and the staff made us feel appreciated. I will be returning for sure.
It was the perfect place to have a birthday dinner. The food was delicious. Absolutely loved the truffle pasta they had as a special.
we ate at around 5 and there was only a handful of tables so it wasn’t very busy but the food was amazing. The pesto gnocchi with buratta was delicious, definitely my favorite! It was a special but I needs to be on the menu all the time it was perfect!
I feel like the waiters were constantly up selling us. We aren’t tourists
Great location and wonderful for summer dinner outside, service was okay. Both dishes were just so-so. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it.
Thoroughly enjoyed my food here. The Truffle Pasta was amazing, but make sure you ask for the price beforehand! Loved the bread basket and red sauce. Crispy Octopus was not very crispy at all, but pasta quality makes up for this. Servers were awesome, attentive but not annoying
Service was great. The food was ok overall.
I like the restaurant but it was so loud that my husband and I could hardly speak with each other.
Don’t get the specials without asking the price!! They charged me $50 for a pasta
As far as italian goes in the city, the pasta was alright, the Truffle was too creamy and overpriced. Gnocchi was good though as were the meatballs. Service was great, but food was not really totally up to the standards I expected given how expensive it was. The pasta was not al dente enough and lacked much fortitude in terms of consistency and texture.
The gnocchi pesto with burrata is a MUST have!!! Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly and the outdoor dining is beautiful! Enjoyed very much and can’t wait to go back
It starts from laminated menu... tv screen on the wall, people trying to pour tap water to your glass with San Pelegríno...
It’s an art to make a poor dish with pasta, but can be done.
My daughter said... when the taste of bare pasta is not good, there is a problem.
We were very careful to choose desert which is most difficult to spoil... took creme brûlée. Even that had a wrong texture...
A pleasant, intimate restaurant with outdoor seating. The food was fine (salad with beans, creamy polenta, squid ink pasta) but, afterwards, felt a bit rich. The staff was attentive. Cannot address he noise level because we dined outside.
The food was amazing and the service was great. I had the truffle pasta and it was excellent.
All in all had a great experience here! The service was amazing and it was one of the best gnocchi I’ve had.
Great food, service and atmosphere!!!
