Dinner was delicious as usual but today unusually the service was incredibly bad we waited too long between servings.
Another spectacular meal at Langdons.. everything was cooked to perfection- the Fois Gras with Apple, Tilefish over risotto, and the Asian tuna are all so amazing. Highly recommend...
Langdon’s, to me, is not a typical, Charleston restaurant.....since my first time dining there I have found the food top drawer, well prepared and service most professional and gracious....although there is a variety of menu items. I consider the specialty good quality meats prepared to perfection....I believe the wine selection is one of the best for this type of restaurant...it is a memorable fine dining experience......
The food was excellent. The Hawaiian Tuna melted in my mouth.
Everything was great. Highly recommended. Something on menu for everyone, great bread!
Started with the appetizer special which was mushroom with crabmeat. It was fabulous - itcwas portioned with plenty of crabmeat and the flavor was perfect. We both had the golden tile special and it was even better than the soup. Cooked perfectly and the sauce was excellent.
We finished with crepe brûlée and it was the best I’ve ever had. The only thing better than our dinner was the service- it was a great evening and we will return again soon
Hidden gem in Mt Pleasant. Langdon's never disappoints. One of the top places in Mt Pleasant.
Great food. Expensive wine bordering on too expensive. With tip and dessert, wine, entree and appetizer plan on $200 for a couple.
good food tastefully seasoned. the portions, considering the prices, leaned towards very small
Opal gives you more for your money
As usual, a high-quality lowcountry meal served attentively.
The duck is always a winner, and the market fish of the day (Golden Tile) was excellent.
The starter cheese plate was also superb.
Lunch with work colleagues. Enjoyed all aspects of dining and will return.
Don’t let the outside fool you!!! This was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time! I eat out a great deal due to my occupation so I’m a very tough critic! Can’t wait to go back!
My family and I had a wonderful experience. The food was awesome.
I had not been to Langdon's in several years. Further we were taking my next-door neighbors who love only the best. I had been telling them about Langdon's for quite some time. On arrival we were directed to the bar to wait for our table. The bar is comfortable, fairly quiet; drinks were delicious (husband & I typically order Manhattans). We were escorted to our table after a short wait. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great service. We ordered apps & dinner. In fact the entrees themselves are all substantial but we wanted to try several of the apps. We all got something different and all of our meals were delicious. One item which I did not get this time was the foie gras appetizer which is usually outstanding. Wine list provided good choices. I also like that they serve the wine in 5 or 8-oz. pours. Overall the experience was terrific & I hope to be returning soon. My neighbors were also impressed and will return soon.
I have been many, many times and the food and service never disappoints.
Dinner at one of Charleston/Mt. Pleasant’s most romantic restaurant. Food is always perfectly prepared and the staff is always attentive.
I really don't want to make it too well known. It is a hidden gem for the locals, I want to keep it that way. They are fabulous!
Always a reliable spot.
Victoria is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had dinner at Langdon's on 2/20/2018. It was a business dinner and 1st time at the restaurant. It is tucked away behind the bi-lo in Mt. Pleasant. Dinner was at 7:30 and arrived about 7:20. Very active restaurant. Food was excellent, especially the beet salad and the tuna special Well prepared. Attentive service but arrival of main course seemed a bit long. But the restaurant was busy. Would go again to try other items on the menu.
I love Langdon’s. This was the first time for my friend and his mother, and my sister who is visiting out of town. They all loved the food! It was beautifully presented and delicious from the oysters with caviar, arugula salad, and the grouper. Everything tastes fresh and is creatively prepared. Jared was our server who was very attentive.
This was to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends. The food and service were outstanding; thank you Victoria for once again taking such good care of us.
Food was phenomenal! The best beef tartare I’ve ever eaten. Whipped potatoes were to die for. Will certainly be dining here again!
We were there for our anniversary. (41yrs). The food was very good. We had the pear salad, asparagus /bacon soup, Tuna and fish of the day (Tile fish). Shared a warm chocolate cake for desert. and coffee. Everything we had was delicious, and presented beautifully.
Our server was polite and professional. The atmosphere was great, we had a 8pm seating and were not rushed, everything came in a timely manner. We will go there again and bring out of town guests.
Service was excellent right from the moment we walked in. Seated and Victoria was very attentive. Ordered and the food was really good. Shrimp and grits very good. Grouper special on a bed of grits, outstanding! Wine selection was plentiful. Will visit again soon.
This is still our favorite restaurant. the food is always great, staff friendly and know all the food on the menu . We are only 20-25 mins from downtown Charleston, but this is so easy to get too and park. Our waitress this time was great. It was a birthday celebration and we had a birthday card from the restaurant and a each of us had a complimentary glass of champagne. Just wonderful time. Highly recommend it. The bar is lovely too if you just want to sit there and get a bite to eat. Thank you for a great evening.
As always, excellent. Our favorite restaurant in Mount Pleasant for sure :)
My husband and I went here for an early Valentine's date night. We fell in love with this place, and can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect from the food, staff, parking, and ambiance. Thanks for a great meal and experience.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Langdon's. We had a wonderful dinner and our servers Victoria and Jason were attentive and very pleasant. We have dined at many fine restaurants and Langdon's is now on our" best of" list.
Thanks for making an important event a special evening.
Consistently an amazing experience- food is always delicious (especially the gnocchi appetizer) and fantastic service!
Service was top notch, the restaurant was packed but the staff handled it well. We thoroughly enjoyed our date night!
The food, service and atmosphere is fantastic. We have been to Langdon's several times and are never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant for date night or a nice evening with another couple.
Restaurant very kindly had birthday card waiting at our table, based on our reservation. And at the end of the meal, our server brought home-made gelato with a candle to the birthday girl. However, we weren't greeted/asked for a drink order for 20 minutes after sitting down. 2 of the 3 of us ordered a beverage. It took 10 minutes to get the iced-tea and our server forgot the glass of wine. So initial service, when the restaurant was busy, was very slow and not as expected. Once the crowd died down, the service improved.
One of our go to places. Food is consistently good and service excellent.
Awesome evening. On the pricy side but worth it. Highly recommend.
Returning on Sat with friends
Rockefeller was wonderful and grouper was crisp and so moist. Maybe the best ever.
Our server was very attentive as well*
Our first visit, clearly there will be more. Excellent experience from start to finish. Restaurant is a little difficult to locate in the strip mall.
Great as usual
The food is always, always perfection as is the service.
Excellent as always. Ruby, our waitress, does an incredible job. Grouper is always incredible!
