The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

In honour of his 10th anniversary at Langdon Hall, The Grand Tasting Menu is Executive Chef Jason Bangerter's most elevated and exciting menu. Due to the nature of this menu, no substitutions or modifications can be made. The 9-course tasting menu is $295.00 + taxes and gratuities per person. Two wine pairing experiences are available alongside your tasting menu. Should you wish to enjoy a wine pairing with your meal, you will have the choice between The Globetrotter at $160.00 + taxes and gratuities per person, or World Classics at $300.00 + taxes and gratuities per person.

Overall great day. Breakfast is great, lunch was delicious with the discovery menu, wine pairings were excellent. Few hiccups at dinner. Veal tar tar was bland and had no flavour at all. Foie and lobster were delicious. Tenderloin was amazing. Halibut was cooked perfectly, however the eggplant accompaniments didn’t pair well and were bitter.

All the dishes were delicious and well balanced, we especially loved the trout and risotto verdi - so fresh and summery. The wine pairing was excellent, and we had great service. We also enjoyed walking the grounds after lunch. A wonderful experience overall.

Langdon Hall has nothing but superb food, service, and ambience. We have had breakfast and dinner there and the consistent high quality is incomparable. Maddie at breakfast and Tyler at dinner were both servers who ensured our dining experience would not be soon forgotten.

First time we've eaten at Langdon Hall. It lived up to its reputation and then some. I've eaten at many fine dining restaurants in North America and in Europe and Langdon Hall would have no difficulty in competing with the best. My son and his spouse are both serous foodie's, they make a point of seeking out Michelin Star restaurants and they both said they will come back. My wife was still raving about the experience in the morning with a very strong "suggestion" that our anniversary dinner be held at Langdon Hall. It was a Fathers Day dinner so can't comment on the bill as my son picked it up. IN short highly recommended

We’ve dined here in previous past and have been a fan. But recently here for Father’s Day and there was less to be desired, particularly at the hostess desk. We arrived early and was asked to wait as seating for lunch commenced at 12 (no problem). Asked where, the hostess (male) was unclear, so we clarified if we can wait outside in the gardens. Answers was yes and that we can have drinks, but he provided little to no direction as he took off, so we were left to navigate on our own. Once outside we walked around to find service, there was none - but eventually someone came by to see if we needed anything. Came inside at 12:10 for our 12:15 reservation and was again told to wait for a complete empty dining area. Seems a little redundant! Server was great and knowledgeable, but the food was medicore. We had higher expectations, given our previous experiences.
