Me and my wife arrived hoping to have such an amazing dinner experience. However our waiter Bradley I believe was his name proceeded to make me feel very uncomfortable from the moment he asked for our beverage options. He repeatedly placed his hand on my shoulder, his service was unethical to say the least taking about 30 minutes or more to bring out condiments and a drink that was not even worth finishing. After experiencing such poor service and unprofessionalism I left a tip and Bradley comes back with his glasses in his hand, and asks me to read him both the tip and the total as if I made a mistake on his tip. Furthermore, I read him the amount and his remarks were “wow, okay”. Needless to say we spoke to management about a refund, and are still waiting to hear back from them. Me and my wife will not be eating here again.

I got the taco nachos, they were cold and soggy. The shrimp scampi was flavorless. My mother in law loved the coleslaw but that was it. Would never eat there again. Server didn’t check on us regularly, the restaurant was empty. Skip it

Disappointed that despite our reservation, we did not have a table reserved, so were sat in the back end, not an agreeable spot in the restaurant. Food was average. Service tried to compensate from a chaotic situation in the restaurant on a Friday evening... may be not enough people to serve.

Menu was very limited. Not enough seafood choices. Carribean salad I had was bland. Drinks too expensive. No reason to return.

Was there a year ago. Seems attention to detail was lacking. Trash cans at entrance overflowing. Small bits of paper/trash on the lobby floor. Wife ordered a Coors Light but changed her mind and wanteda punch drink. Waiter said she'd have to pay for the beer. WTF? Mexican shrimp cocktail was closer to ceviche than a cocktail. Band was good until they played Baby Shark. Price are premium but experoence isn't

Glad to dine at our hotel. Glad Jimmy Buffet theme. Neat place. Fun atmosphere with vacationers, beach goers, families, and live music. Glad this place was on OT. The clerk said they disconnected OT but apparently not. The service was OK. The food was a little better. Sit on the patio or near the pool more scenic and bang for buck. The live band was great. Dancing too. Fun place to stay and eat.

Fun place at the Margaritaville hotel. Busybusy times. I think they may have been understaffed but we enjoyed it. We ate here at least 3 times. Outside dining nice too. Near beach. Servers were really good one guy. Oh, the hostess said they were no longer associated with OT. Huh?
