our daughter traveled from Dallas to join us for thanksgiving and we decided to enjoy a seafood dinner at Landry's upon her arrival. it was a festive atmosphere in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. what an enjoyable evening!

Birthday Dinner for my daughter and we sat outside. It was a beautiful, awesome ambience sitting under the gazebo, however the service was terrible. Our waiter was not attentive at all and it took so long to get our drinks. Would recommend for atmosphere, but not for service. For the price of the food, not worth it because of bad service.

We enjoyed our dinner at Landry's in the Woodlands. My sister from Florida says it's her favorite place to eat, so we have to take her there when she's in town. The food is consistently good, the ambience was very comfortable and friendly, and we really enjoyed our evening there.

Was very quiet for a 545p reservation as place was less than 30% capacity. That being said the waitress was very eager to take our order so much so that she asked for our order 3 times in the first 5min of being sat. First time we ordered water while we looked at the drink menu she came with water a moment later and asked what we wanted. We hurriedly ordered drinks. Had to be a little snippy to say we needed more time. So after this bumpy start things went fine.

I celebrated my 22 bday at Landry’s and all though I’d describe the food, service, and aesthetic as fine, I was taken aback by the lack of service knowledge by some of the old servers/host (not our table’s servers) I myself am a server as well as everyone who was at that table. Just a friendly reminder your tables can always hear and see you. All in all I had a hilarious time w/ my friends. Hopefully our next visit is warmer. Thanks.

We at restaurants every night. My mother wanted seafood for her 84th birthday. The waitress was very attentive. The manager was also interactive - he verified my food allergies, checked in with each table to make sure everyone had everything needed. When Mom ordered her birthday dessert to end our meal, the manager personally came out to advise they were out of bread pudding. He gave her a menu for other options & then sent out 2 key lime pies (one for her & one for me & my husband so she did not have to share) on the house for our inconvenience, which thrilled our Mom. Our food was exceptionally tasty & surprisingly beautiful! The service was refreshing & personal. It made this birthday a lovely celebration!

I put that it was our 25th wedding anniversary and got stuck between a crying baby and I guy watching the news on his phone with no earbuds. Table cloth was dirty. Service was ok but a little slow.

We have been here many time & the food is always good, however, this time a couple of people in our group food was lukewarm at best (borderline cold) which I find unacceptable especially at this price point.

We hadn’t been to Landry’s in a couple of years. Last time we went, we ordered a few appetizers and sat at the bar. The service was excellent and the food was good. This time, we had a reservation at 7pm and sat in the restaurant, since my wife and I were celebrating our birthdays. The place as super slow. Maybe five tables full in the whole place, which on a Friday night at 7pm, felt a little off for an upscale restaurant in The Woodlands. The service was mediocre at best and we felt like the wait staff was just trying to hurry us up. We had to remind the waitress several times about requests for bread, butter or refills. The food was less than expected for the price we were paying. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Just OK. Neither my wife or I felt the food was very flavorful or memorable. Drinks were okay as well. Oysters were really good and we had the Mahi Mahi and salmon which were cooked nicely, but the seasoning on the fish and the accompanied sides was pretty bland. Prices were fair for the portions.

Let me just preface this review on the facts that we have eaten at Landry’s many times and I’ve been very happy. Last night was not the case. Let me also say that once issues and problems arise the managers stepped in and took control. Our waitress was very kind and nice, and worked very hard, but she was new and didn’t have a whole lot of experience. We had a very long wait for our first round of drinks and water. It took us almost an hour before even got the bread, the drinks were messed up and some people did not get their drinks until they were asked for a third time. We had a large party of nine and it was a birthday celebration, so it was a bit disappointing that all couples did experience delays in their order again I must say that the manager who I believe was from Cuba spent a lot of time at our table, helping and assisting and anything we needed, I must also apologize openly for my extremely rude mother-in-law. We will return, and hopefully will have a better experience. I will say that the place was packed with numerous large tables with a lot of people, and I can see why the waitresses and waiters were stressed specially, when you’re waiting on tables that give you nothing but a hard time and then do not want to leave a tip.

The service lacked the most and the table next to us was also complaining. Drinks took forever and refills were unheard of. We were not offered any garlic bread so we had to ask several times. We also asked for condiments and arrived at the end of our meal. We went for my wife’s birthday and it was a total disappointment.

Shaun was a great waiter, friendly and conscientious. We never felt rushed. He made several suggestions for appetizers, and main courses. My wife had the shrimp cocktail which was just the right size. The bar was very busy, so we have to wait a bit longer than usual for our drinks which was not a problem. She ordered the fish and chips and ended up taking half of it home. I had the tenderloin steak which was cooked as ordered (mrare). We each had a glass of wine with dinner. No room for dessert.

Reception, Service and Food were Outstanding. We enjoyed the “Lunch Box”, and our Server CAI was able to alter the Blackened Mahi Mahi to Pan Fried. CAI is Nothing Short of Phenomenal. We have NEVER experienced a more friendly and professional Server anywhere. The Manager also stopped by, and she too was Professional and Personable. Well done Landry’s!!!

Enjoyed Landrys in The W. Good place to go before concert. Walking distance. Too hot to walk and too hot to sit outside this time. We enjoyed bread, adult bevs, an app and a big seafood salad. Good service from young lady. Nice view of lake. Glad to be a Landry's member.
