Food was excellent & our server was attentive.
We came to celebrate our daughters birthday
Food was ok
Not bad, but not delicious
They forgot to put my wife’s lobster dinner to order.. prob the most expensive plate to forget
Service a little slow as well, For not being busy at all, due to covid, did not see our waitress much
Probably won’t return
Confusing happy hour where you could only order in the bar area. Table waitress told us we could go to bar and bring happy hour drinks back into the dining room. 3 people at the bar, went to the bar with 5 minutes left in happy hour. Bar tender no where to be seen. Finally came after happy hour was over, rudely said happy hour was over and we couldn’t get happy hour specials!
Said he was serving other patrons and the computer doesn’t allow he to put any more orders in!
Manager allowed us to order happy hour drinks. Food was excellent, waitress provided good service, not exceptional. They need to clearly stated their happy hour policy or change it to allow diners to take advantage of happy hour specials!
We were very disappointed in the fact that I had made a reservation for 10 on open table but when we arrived we were told we could not sit together. If we had known we would have chosen another restaurant
It should say no more than 8 per table
Celebrating my 2 year anniversary
Great food, drinks and service!!
I always check reviews before I decide on a place to eat out of town. The reviews for Landry's made me a bit skeptical about dining here. I'm so happy that I didn't let those reviews deter me. The place was nice for the occasion. All of the food and drinks were good. We had the crawfish bread, oysters rockefeller, chicken & shrimp alfredo and red snapper, crescent city. We really enjoyed our service and our meal.
The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Their menu if abbreviated because of the virus and our favorite item (shrimp embroche) was not in the menu. We asked our waitress about it and the chef fixed it for us.
Reservation was easy to make, arrived and the table was ready. Server was very pleasant, food and experience were both very satisfying! First time there but I will return!
We came to Myrtle Beach for our anniversary and wanted something romantic and delicious for our anniversary night dinner. This place was amazing!! Definitely will be coming back next time we are visiting.
Overall worst experience
45 minutes to get food and it was not worth the high prices and the service was bad. I should have ask to get manager and we should have left 15 minutes into the dinner.
I was so mad but my family was with me and we were exhausted and hungry and ate there two years ago and was very pleased.
I want a 50% refund
The server was extremely energetic and helpful. She provided great insight on the city as well the menu. She was very attentive to our needs and offered great suggestions for drinks. I would most definitely done there again. The food was delicious and the pricing was adequate. The noise level was minimal and the ambiance was calming and relaxing.
I appreciated the way the restaurant observed COVID regulations. All staff wore face masks and tables were spaced 6 feet apart. The food was good. I ordered the snapper with broccoli and fingerling potatoes. I do think the prices are a bit high for the menu offerings (and saw a recent review where someone mentioned that they raised their prices significantly recently in the COVID era). I’m not sure I would dine again for that reason since the food wasn’t anything necessarily special but it is a good dining option if you’re looking for something a little bit more mid-level at boardwalk on the beach.
Food was just ok
Food was very good; however the service was a little slow
This was our first time and everything was phenomenal! Our waiter was great and gave us fantastic ideas of what to try. The oysters Rockefeller was amazing!! The kids menu was nice and our daughter loved everything. We can’t wait to go back again!!
Always a favorite. We’ve come for many years. We will be back!
Our server Willow made my birthday dinner one to remember! The food was amazing! We ordered the Rockefeller Oysters, stuffed jalapeños, and the crawfish bread for starters! For Dinner my husband had the lobster and steak. I had the coastal seafood pasta. The pasta was ok after having such amazing starters! I also had the captains punch which was a really tasty drink! Willow recommended the chocolate cake for dessert which tasted amazing and my hubby had the amazing key lime pie! All in all we enjoyed the food and service!
Wonderful server Sarah
Great food but we have terrible service. The poor waitress was just super young and not trained.
As a Tilman Fertitta owned restaurant I expected a little more. Waiter meant well but service was not his strongpoint. Took much longer than expected to have anyone acknowledge our presence after being seated. The manager or a supervisor did finally come get our drink order. When you ask “hey how is the bread pudding here?”, I would hope for something other than “I’ve never had it.” Perhaps, “well I’ve actually never tried it myself but customers seem to rave about it” might be a response to train your waitstaff with. Anyhow, they lost a dessert sale there. Food is overpriced for the quality and several servers were seen wearing their masks below their chins leaving nose and mouth exposed while standing at customer tables.
I was hoping for a really great dinner or our anniversary but what we got was just mediocre. Our waiter was inexperienced dropping our tray of drinks it took forever for him to replace them and he kept forgetting condiments and basic things. My husband and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
First time at a Landry’s and we will be back! Food and service were great!!!
Never go here
It felt a bit overpriced. At the front desk the hostess had her mask around her neck which was a bit insulting as they claimed to care about the importance of wearing a mask.
Well spaced for covid-19 rules. Never felt uncomfortable. Food was wonderful. Service just as good.
Chowder was cold! They were out of oysters! Lots of better seafood options. Spend your money somewhere else!
We had a good meal, not outstanding, but what you would expect from Landry’s. Good kid friendly dinner this evening. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday, she enjoyed her meal which made the event even better.
Delicious food and great service.
BEWARE: Paid $150.00 for two overcooked fish dinners that were served cold.
As a former server, I was impressed with our service. Food was great.
The food was good and the server was excellent!!!!
Landry’s used to be one of our favorite places in the Myrtle Beach area. We haven’t been there in years but this time it was just ok. The food didn’t seem as good and the service didn’t seem as good.
They did handle the covid situation well. We had reservations and were provided a table that was adequately spaced from others.
Please let the guest dine at the pace they would like. Our server was constantly rushing us when it was obvious we were taking our time
Their filet is soooooo good! We have had it twice now and loved it both times! They also have an amazing chocolate cake for desert! We will be back next time we are in Myrtle!
Dined during the covid era. Made reservations and was seated immediately. The service was average. The food portions were adequate and presentation was good. Overall the food was good. I would definitely go back. I do not think the restaurant was romantic as some posters have stated. Unless your idea of romance is stuffed bass and marlins on the walls.
Excellent service and food! Willow was a wonderful and friendly server who immediately mentioned our birthday celebration. Food was well worth the price.
This place is amazing! The menu is pricey but sooo worth it. Our server Tim was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall it was excellent! I would recommend you try it at least once. I promise you'll love it.
Great service. Loved the drinks, salads, and bread especially!
