Landry's Seafood House - El Paso
Book your next event with us
We were staying in El Paso for a few days and made sure we visited Landry's. It is one of my favorite places to eat and this trip was even better than I remember. Our group of 4 were thoroughly satisfied and would recommend to a friend. thanks for the great experience.
We made the reservation for 7:30 pm. We weren’t taken to a table after almost 45 mins from the reservation time. The server ignored us after he asked for our drinks (we wanted waters only). After another 20 mins, another server came to take our orders, that’s when the good service began. Our server’s name was Adrian.
Good service and meal. At end waitress spilled a huge tray of food all over three of us. Never apologized. Clothes were wet from rice and pasta and sauce and who knows what else. Had to request manager three times before he came. He knew nothing of the incident, even tho more than one employee was cleaning up right behind us as we talked, and he seemed annoyed. Finally said he would pay for a stained blouse but was quite reluctant. Obviously waitress was afraid to inform manager of the incident, which is an interesting comment on the environment for employees. We were able to wash out stains but ended our New Years early because of wet clothes. Accidents happen. How they are handled shows the professionalism of a business. Landry stinks at professionalism and care for their customers.
Not impressed with the food especially for the price. I should have known better that you don't get seafood in Texas. Service was good but food wasn't great!
Had a great time, great dinner.
Christmas Lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Our server was amazing from the start to finish!
Manger was kind to everyone.
Food was excellent along with our service.
The way they prepare their gumbo is not to my liking. I lived in Louisiana and Landry’s gumbo is not your traditional gumbo. A lot of rice, lacking seafood, tastes burnt.
Service was good. So thank you to our waitress.
Fast and friendly service
Great food, great service, and nice ambiance at an affordable price.
Great service. The salmon was excellent. Good value.
Food was delicious and customer service was outstanding. I’ve been a customer since 2014. Keep up the good work.
We appreciated the waiters’ professionalism and patience.
The service great and ambiance perfect. It wasn’t busy. My salmon was awesome but my wife’s tilapia wasn’t that good. Thin tough and she didn’t finish her meal.
I go for the menu for when I'm in town and need to feel some of that New Orleans flavor and ambiance. Great wine list to choose something nice with your blackened fish and jambalaya. The server was excellent and took good care of us. So, don't forget to get a taste of bread pudding for dessert! Good job Landry's!
Fabulous food and Sophia our server very nice and prompt. Stuffed flounder and fried oysters excellent but star of show w a s gumbo.
This was the worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. None of the seafood was cooked fresh and was extremely tough/dry.
My family and me are regular and it’s always the best seafood restaurant we can go to in El Paso
The crab cake was 15.49 and it was nothing but filler and the used rancid oil to cook it in. The stuffed flounder was over cooked and tuff. The etouffee topper was dry and the presentation was terrible it looked like someone just threw it on the plate. We had to ask for straws and the waitress kept dropping the silver ware she did replace it . Not a very good experience
Food was amazing as always. Came out fresh and in a timely manner. Wine selection is decent. Definitely go again.
Awesome service and food!
The service and atmosphere was great for my occasion. I will definitely visit the establishment again.
Great all around service ! The food was excellent ! Thank you Lorenzo
Our server was wonderful and attentive!
Great food and atmosphere. Service was fast and excellent.
Enjoy eating at Landry's on special days, otherwise too expensive for my budget. Always enjoy it when we go, however!
My husband and I went on Easter Sunday mid-afternoon so it was busy but not crazy. Our waiter was attentive and very personable. For our main meal I had the crab cakes and they were great - lump crab with very little breading. My husband had the red snapper and he said it was moist and flaky. We come from the Boston, MA area and have had a lot of seafood. We would highly recommend Landry's.
Nice dinner. Table decoration were nice. Waitress very nice and attentive. My plate fried oysters, french fries and onion rings was too much grease. I wouldn,t order it again. I think you should offer the fired oyster plate with rice or vegetable since the oysters are fried. Otherwise everything was very nice.
We truly enjoyed it. My daughter’s steak was a little less done than to her liking, they apologized and fixed it, we didn’t expect anything but they gave her a free dessert, that was surprising to us, it was great customer service ( hasn’t happened to us before).
Excellent service. Presentation of the food. Great value for price. Didn’t disappoint
Nice. Well done
The surf and surf was wonderful. I got tue blackened red fish with lemon butter on top. Delicious
Were out of riberyes. They cooked filet well one. They did make it right quickly though
It was great at the bar and that is where we ate.
Staff was extremely attentive. Food tasted fresh and excellent recommendations were given by our server. They have drink specials and I opted for the Sangria, which I’d describe as ok. First time visiting here and I believe we all agreed we’d return.
Very very pleased with our first impression!! Will be coming back!
Usually real good. This night wasn’t their best showing. Food wasn’t great and service was about the same. Very disappointed I’m with my visit this time
Great attentive service, kinda pricey for lunch if u did not get “lunch box” options although food was good. Would like more small healthy options with less fries and onion strings with meal
