Great waitress, and great food for a good price! Complementary champagne was great for the occasion!
Lacking in service. We had to ask for water refills, clean the table (dirty dishes and empty bottles)
The staff was very attentive and while early in the day it was quite and easy to have a conversation. The food was a little hit and miss for the price being paid but was good just not great in flavors and cooking temperatures.
We enjoyed, but too much noise .
Lobster was not up to par.
We had drinks and appetizers for dinner! Our server was awesome and we had a great experience! Thanks for taking care of us.
It had been quite a few years since I've been back to the Denver area and remembered Landry's. Our waitress was terrible, making our experience subpar. The fish I ordered, she told me my sides were rice and broccoli, I didn't want rice. I asked her if that's all I could get and she said yes and went off. Looking around the dining room I'm seeing asparagus, baked potatoes, etc. So when she brought our drinks I asked her why I couldn't get a baked potato. She said I could get a baked potato but it would be extra - I don't care. Why didn't you let me know the 1st time I asked?? So the next think I knew here comes the baked potato, even before my appetizers - wow. I would've talked with the manager but they (waitress incl) were standing at the end of the bar staring at me. Needless to say, I won't be back or recommend this restaurant.
My wife and I had a very nice dinner at Landry's. The food was great and the atmosphere and service were good.
It was the first time myself and the other 5 people in our party had been to Landry's Seafood. The food was very good but the service left a little to be desired. We had to ask multiple times for items (extra butter, bread, etc).
Overall it was good. The service was good but it seemed like they ere short staffed. Their dinner salad was really good, the dressing had a great taste. The main dishes were really salty. I don't think it was worth the price.
It was a pleasant experience overall . We plan to return to this restaurant in the near future.
My food wasn’t to bad, but my dates food wasn’t that good. Our server Juan only checked up on us one time and that was to bring the food out. We never got water the whole time we was there not didn’t he even asked how the food was when he passed us many times as he served another tables! Our waiter Juan didn’t have a sense of humor or even smile. The only person that gave us great service was the lady manager. She was the best! I really do enjoy going to this restaurant. I just hope next time I attend a date night that we won’t get the waiter Juan. So as for the rest of the it was a great evening.
The Restaurant Week menu was very good - both the Salmon and Snapper entrees were delicious as was the artichoke dip and the crème brulee. The shrimp cocktail from the menu was good but the shrimp were much smaller than those served at other Landry's venues such as Oceanaire. Likewise, the crab cake was delicious but not the same quality of crab as used at Oceanaire and it sat in a pool of way too much butter sauce. The Caesar salad was perfect. The gumbo was OK but could have been hotter in both temperature and seasoning and was only served with a teaspoon rather than a tablespoon. The desert menu offers next to nothing if you are not a dairy person - not even sorbet! Our server was literally running as she seemed to have way too many tables but she kept drink refills flowing and was very pleasant.
Loved my first visit. Food was a little over cooked and salty this time. Otherwise, was a great meal with good service. Drinks were excellent.
Food was not hot-just lukewarm. Stuffed flounder was more stuffing than flounder. White fluorescent lights ruined the ambience. Service was very slow.
Stuffed mahi bottom layer was not cooked and chewy. Showed to server, and no bill adjustment offered. Disappointing...
It was our friend Jon’s birthday tonight and they gave him a nice complimentary piece of cake to share between the 5 of us. It was awesome! Thank you guys so much!
On all you can eat crab night - they were out of crab.
We went here this past Sunday for our Valentine’s Day dinner for the all you can eat crab legs. Most disappointing experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Once we were sat it took close to ten min for our waiter to take our drink order. We ordered waters a margarita and a martini we also got our order of calamari placed too. Keep in mind it was not a busy night. It took 20 min for our drinks to be delivered our appetizer was delivered before drinks. My husbands margarita looked like it had already been partly drank. There was a whole inch+ of missing liquid. Chris said it took so long because they had to find a martini glass but I only saw one other person drinking a martini. I find it hard to believe if you have 5 martinis offered as special cocktails there should never be a shortage of glasses. I wanted to order the all you can eat crab legs and was informed they weren’t offering that anymore so I got a regular order. My husband ordered a medium steak. Once the food was delivered I asked for extra lemons and when he brought those that was the last time we saw him until he finally brought the check. Our plates were cleared by other waiters and we sat finished for close to 10 min before he finally asked if we wanted dessert. We had planned on dessert but we had already been there for two hours. I have never been so disappointed with service. As we left I asked the hostess if there was a time they stopped offering the all you can eat crab legs. She informed me the shipment wasn’t delivered so they didn’t want to run out of it so they didn’t offer it that day. Much better explanation than what Chris told us that it wasn’t being offered anymore. Needless to say I will not be returning.
Leila our server was fantastic along with our meals.
Loved the crab! It was a bit too salty, but very good.
We were able to reserve a table on a busy Saturday night. Food was very good and the service was fast and friendly.
The salad dressing tasted watered down, Snow crab came out cold and the shells were so soft we didn’t need the shell crackers plus the scallops were way overdone and rubbery.
Great food and great service! Good portions and the flavor was excellent.
This is not one I would try again. Service was fine, restaurant itself is a little dated- finish was peeling off our table. Asked to change out rice pilaf for baked potato and was told there would be a 3 dollar upcharge. I’m not cheap, but when paying $25 for an entree, I just didn’t expect that. My fish came out cold... they were kind enough to take it off our bill, but it wasn’t my fav...
The food was amazing
Loved it! All you can eat crab legs ! What a deal! Customer service was A+ We will return .
The food was subpar at best, mine being very overcooked. Food is insanely bland for the price, tastes like I could have made it from bagged and frozen at my house. We went for Valentine's Day and there was no special decoration or menu specials or anything. Also, we had a reservation for 8:15, didn't get sat until 8:45, drinks not delivered until about 9 and our food finally came a little after 9:30. Super disappointed and will no longer be needing my Landry's Select Club card as I won't be returning.
We come here often. It's a good local spot for seafood. This visit was for valentines dinner. Delicious as always! Service is always top notch. Food is always very good. Never have had a bad meal or a bad experience here. Price is fair, you always get a good amount of food as well.
Went for Valentine's Day. Nothing felt special. Food and drinks took forever. Ordered cedar planked salmon, which had no flavor and was dried out and overcooked. Went here for new years and everything was great..that's why we went back! This time was a big disappointment! Won't be going back anytime soon.
Took my parents here on Valentine’s Day and to celebrate my dad’s 86th birthday. Everyone found something nice to order and all of the food was excellently prepared. Service was also good. The next day I realized I was missing a glove that was a present to me. I called and spoke with the manager, Jeff, who went out of his way to look for my glove and found it and personally held it for me until I could pick it up after work around 6pm. Have been going to Landry’s for years and always have great food and service. Highly recommend. If you’re a Landry’s Select Reward Member you earn dining points that accrue to $25 dining credits and birthday rewards as well.
Loved it! It was our first time there and it did not disappoint! Service was exceptional and the food absolutely delicious! Waitress was very attentive, even though she was very busy. Thank you Landry’s for a spectacular experience!
Even though we were there relatively early and they were not busy yet the service was very slow. It took almost 20 minutes for our waiter to make his initial appearance. The bar tender had to finally bring our drinks to us as they sat at the bar for quite sometime. it took longer than expected to get our main entrees and when they did come the steak was under cooked, not sure how that happened since it took so long to get our food. We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and the lady who I assume was the manager came over to our table to tell us our food would be out soon and kept putting her hands on my husbands shoulder and back and leaving them there the whole time she would talk to us. I am not a jealous person but I thought it was unprofessional and a bit rude to me as his wife. Not something I would do under regular situations to a customer I don't know, much less when they are celebrating such an important occasion. Over all our experience was not very good and the food quality was poor but it came with a big price tag. NOT worth the money.
We were really surprised that the place wasn't more crowded. The food was great and the service was good. We will return for lunch!
Love going to Landry’s. Food is never a disappointment and service was great.
Service was slower than expected, but food quality seemed ok. Have dined here many times previously and did not enjoy this last time as much.
The service was poor, very distracted. Didn’t let us know the specials which we would have preferred had we known about them.
Coffee was cold. Food was good.
Overall well done.
Seated at reservation time, server available right away, good service from server, great food.
The staff was great, I had the opportunity to meet the manager as well, he was engaged and active. The food was very good. Several members of my party had the all you can eat crab, the quality was very good and they were attentive with additional portions.
Went for our Anniversary. NEVER a Hi, Congratulation.
Your organization could care less.
