The ribeye ($40!) was max 1/4” thick; green beans were out of a can; no bread or rolls. The wedge salad was ok but not worth the $12. Reminded me of a steak at a ponderosa back in the day… sad as we loved Landry’s in TX.
Wonderful! Will def be visiting again when in town! Amazing food and service!!
Wife’s birthday celebration
The food was just ok. One in our group had asparagus that was undercooked. Another had green beans that were tough. The main courses were very good. It was a busy night for the restaurant . Seating was great. The server, Jennifer was pleasant. But, one ordered the holiday stuffed salmon. It came with a salad and she forgot to bring the salad. When that was pointed out to her, she said that she needed to check it out on the menu. She returned when we were halfway through the meal. It was suggested that she replace the salad with dessert. She said she would have to check with the manager. She then brought a bread pudding dessert without asking what dessert was desired. This was after she had told us that the best dessert was bananas foster..??? We had to remind her that we wanted a couple to go boxes. They took my Landry's frequent card numbers. But, I got an email later that said I got no points for the meal???? Next time, I will probably eat somewhere else.
We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We would definitely go back again!
Not bad service or food for being New Year’s Eve.
My husband and I and our friends have eaten at the Branson restaurant several times over the years. Prior to Covid, we enjoyed coming to the restaurant. The food was great. Since Covid, the food has deteriorated. The meal I recently had, was so bad that I didn’t eat much of it. The fried shrimp was a weird shape and it was kind of limp. The fries and onion straws were limp as well. The way the food is cooked should not be a result of Covid. Very disappointed!
Visiting with friends
We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I mentioned it on my reservation and told our waitress. There was no mention of our Landry membership and appreciation of being a member, as I had received on prior Landry visits. We ordered desert and it was not complimentary nor did it come with any anniversary verbiage or recognition. I expected better from Landrys!
We came here for my husband's Birthday. Hostess not very friendly. Our chips were stale. Our food was delivered to the table next to us. The man actually put his fork into one of the dishes. The lady pick up the food, and few minutes later came back to give us the food she gave to the table next to us. My husband called her out on it. She stated she changed plates. The food needed to be replaced. We told the lady we did not want it, she got nasty with us. Our waitress apologized and said she would have our entree recooked. We chose to pay for our drinks and appetizer, and left.
Server Jennifer made the dining experience exceptional! She was very cordial, timely, and welcoming. The meal was delicious and we didn’t have to wait very long for our table. Great night!
Made a reservation and still waited over 45 minutes past our time. Crowded dining space. Food was okay.
We went for a birthday dinner and it was everything we expected. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. The service was slow but they were really busy
You ran out of gumbo and shrimp, two of the main things we wanted to eat.

Overall a very nice experience. Food was good. Service was quick. Casey was very personable and responsive. Noticed other tables were served bread but for some reason we weren't.

Seems to be a typical post Covid dining experience. Some food was hot some was cold. Waiter was at times not attentive and could be due to being over taxed as the marquee read “hiring all positions. One note is the floor area around our table was littered with previous customers food. A little clean up would have went a long way.
The waitress was very good, but the food arrived cold and tasted horrible.
Always a fan of Landry’s! The menu is currently a little slimed down currently, as we are seeing often. I enjoy the stuffed peppers and the oyster trash

Reservations were on time. Service was good. We did have to ask for bread which we thought was an automatic and it did not come till we were almost finished with the meal. Salmon and stuffed mahi-mahi were both very good. Green beans were good but just barely warm.
The menu is just not what it was pre-COVID. Selection is down and prices are up. That’s true at all the national chains. Servers are overbooked and inexperienced, but managed. Food was just OK. This has been one of my favorite chain restaurants for several years. Right now, this one is struggling.
Met my wife sister & her husband for dinner. Can always count on great food and great service!

Server acted like she did not want to be there. Food was very good, drinks not refilled, had to ask for tea.
We have been to Landry's many times, but now the food is just salty with no flavor. Also prices have increased and salad and bread don't seem to be automatically included anymore. Server seemed like he was rushing as he probably had too many tables, but he did great!
It was a wonderful experience and the food was delicious. Our wait staff was very attentive
We love Landry’s seafood. Our waitress went above & beyond especially since she was also serving some of the tour groups.

Our server and food was excellent. The host staff was awful. We had a reservation and arrived a little early and was sat after walk ins. Not usually how reservations work at any place I have dined. Very disappointed at the treatment.
