When I booked thru open table one of the questions was is this a special occasion I put down wedding anniversary but when I got to the restaurant no one said anything about so for that I give overall experience a 3 for me it’s the small details
Great seafood dinner in Branson, MO. Seafood stuffed Mahi Mahi was terrific. My wive’s Crawfish Etuefe was also excellent. Calamari for appetizers was tender and tasty. Triple chocolate cake topped off a wonderful evening dinner.
Lobster was tough. Did not like the dip. Loud dining room, crowded feel. Ordered a mixed drink from the bar and it was weak.
Overall not worth the price and will not return.
Don't waste your time or $, half the food either under cooked or over cooked. Service horrible. NOT worth it.
I've been to Landry's in St Louis was amazing! This one horrible
Service was fantastic!
The grilled red snapper was perfect! Service was great! The cheesecake was delicious we had Irish coffe and millionaire coffee with dessert it was so good!
Good food. Great server. She made dinner great. Had a good time.
Had to wait 30 minutes past our 7:15 reservation time
The salmon was great, the chicken dish a tad dry but tasty, the poboy needed more sauce
Great food and great service. Must make reservations in order to get seating quickly or you will be waiting 1hr to 1 1/2 hr to be seated.
This was the best meal experience of our trip. The food was great and the service was second to none.
Just a poor experience all around. Might be specific to this location.
Had reservations for 6 got there about 5 till 6! Was not seated till 6:10 and there was plenty of empty tables!!Our waitress was wonderful!!Food was great as well!
Delicious stuffed flounder! Very average house salad, green beans, and rice pilaf. Service was adequate. Overall, it felt more like an average dinner out than a special occasion.
Had a reservation, so no waiting. Our waitress was attentive and personable. The food was delicious!
My wife had salmon with green beans. The green beans were mushy. My crawfish order arrived 15 minutes after everyone else’s order. The couple with us ordered a calamari appetizer. It took one half hour for that to show up. I drank my ice tea and then had to flag a waiter for a refill. Laundry’s needs to get new management in this location as service is awful.
Fish had skin on it. Rice for etouffe was very gooey and starchy. Green beans had a bad taste. Service was great.
Waiter was attentive though he charged full price for a refill when the menu stated that refills were half price. Food was good, though I had to add salt and my pasta sauce was like a soup base. Key Lime pie was not worth the price. Overall a pleasant atmosphere but I doubt we go back (except maybe for happy hour) because the food quality did not match the price.
It was really good
Excellent service. Seated by our reservation time. Food and drink delish. Fried zucchini was delish!
Excellent service. Chef came out and even visited our table due to a mix up with our entree. They went above and behold to give us an amazing dinner for our 12th wedding anniversary! Thank you Laundry’s!
We ordered the chef's special X3. There were NO shrimp on any of the plates! I piece of the Mahi Mahi was boot leather with almost NO stuffing. It didn't even look like the same entree. The underside was dark brown and crunchy and the entire piece was overcooked. The other 2 were delicious. We ordered dessert. The bread pudding had NO vanilla sauce and no ice cream and was very dry. They much have been out of the foster sauce too and barely were able to scrape any out! We ordered Bananas foster and was told the didn't have the ice cream crepes available (they were out). The creme brulee was barely torched. It was completely yellow, and had a TINY piece of 1 strawberry on top after we asked and was told it was raspberries. And by the way, why does this Landry's never offer the complimentary bread?
Food was delicious! Wasn't happy with the price of a soft drink @ $3.59 but all in all the atmosphere was nice.
Arrived, ordered drinks and an appetizer. Waitress then took our dinner order. Appetizer had not arrived, but here come our salads. We watched the table next to us have bread delivered with salads and fresh cracked pepper. Our salads were just placed on the table and server disappeared. Then appetizer arrived in the middle of us eating salads. Entrees arrived soon after, our order was wrong and I ordered a grilled shrimp skewer which was missing. We let her know and she apologized and returned five minutes later with fried shrimp. So, we sent that back and five minutes later, the grilled shrimp arrived. However, one wasn't even peeled or deveined, the other 4 were burnt to a crisp. We took a deep breath and ordered two more drinks. Rather quickly the server arrived back with one for me, and not one for my wife. At this point we spoke to a manager. The manager was at best new at her job and poorly trained and/or equipped for her job, asked, well what do you want me to do after we explained the situation? Then let us know they only serve bread on request. Ok, then why put bread plates on the table? She resolved nothing. We eat out at least 4 nights a week and are not used to such treatment especially at a medium priced restaurant. Cannot recall being so poorly taken care of in recent years. Beyond disappointed and feel completely ripped off.
Landry’s is always our family favorite for dinner before a show. This particular visit is the only time I’ve ever made a reservation and I’m so glad I did otherwise there was a 2 hour wait.
Service was great but the food was average at best.
My wife ordered oyster Rockefeller and it hah a small clam in it that shouldn't have been in it.i ordered a ribeye rare and it was blue.
Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was outstanding. Little pricey but I would eat there again for sure.
Wait person,Bernice, was exceptional and made for a fantastic dining experience
Our server was wonderful. Our overall experience was very nice. We would definitely recommend to others. We would have given the food a 4 but the appetizers were soft. The main course was wonderful. The lobster was done perfectly.
Had made reservations, when arrived asked to wait, ended up sitting at the bar. Food order took nearly 45 minutes, no apologies. Very noisy, food was OK.
Weed here for all of our special occasions. We love their lobster and I have the best cucumber Martini around.
Birthday awesome service and food
The food was horrible, over $20 per person and nothing was seasoned or blackened at all. I didn’t think you could mess up fried food either but man they sure did. Desserts were also awful, banana foster with unripe and sour bananas and burnt the bottom of the cinnamon bread pudding.
A quiet well-run restaurant with good food and good service. A fine menu with plenty of choices.
Great food. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
Great to not have to wait for a table. Love making reservation!
Most amazing meal we've ever had!!!! I will recommend everyone here!
Service was excellent! Servers recommendations were right on point. So good!
We hadn’t eaten there in years and were looking forward to the Bananas Foster. The server told us they didn’t have it then came back said he was wrong they did. We were excited ordered it and he came back saying “I’m sorry, we don’t have it, we are out of bananas. “. This seemed like a fixable issue and we were disappointed
Wife and I requested a table for two with a view for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. They gave us a great table beside a window. The food was outstanding and "Mary", who serviced us, was more than "Outstanding". We could not have had a better table, service, or food. I highly recommend Landry's and again say "Mary you were Great".
