We enjoyed our dinner at Landry’s Seafood. The food was well prepared and delivered promptly. They had a good selection of wines, beer and alcoholic drinks. The server was very attentive and the restaurant was clean and pleasantly decorated.

Food was decent but service was terrible (former example: orders were incorrect and items came out at different times).The dinner process took almost 3 hours. Ask to see a manager and he/she didn’t even come to our table but send someone from the kitchen.

My wife and I had a reservation for New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was very well prepared for large crowds. Our server was great. The whole experience was outstanding.

I was very angry about a bq fee that was never told to me prior to receiving the bill. The asst manager JP said he spoke to me about it but he never did. I even verified this with my call log. He accused me of lying. This was supposed to be a wedding celebration and it was a frustrating experience. The cake was frozen because the restaurant put it in the freezer. I had to pay 25.00 for a frozen cake to be walked to the table. Very unacceptable.

We really felt rushed. We saw the server twice. Once when she took our order and then when she brought the check. One of the orders were wrong. No refill on drinks.

I had the chicken, the sauce had curdled, the chicken itself tasted of lighter fluid, broccoli was hard, tasted old and was cold in the middle. My husbands shrimp was over cooked as was the lobster tail. Steak was cooked well but was bland. Waitress was the bartender so we saw her twice the 2 hours we were there, not her fault because the bar was busy.

Not the Landry’s of 2 years ago. Food portions were smaller than usuals. Prices did not equate to food. Snapper was over cooked. Green beans too undercooked, loaded mashed potato came with bacon bits and cheese only. Waitress was evidently new. Service was not good. Reservations made to celebrate our 22 anniversary. Never mentioned by anyone there.

We made reservations and arrived on time yet still had to wait about 15 minutes. Service was fine. The waitress asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu and then forgot to come back to take our order and then just brought our check. We didn’t need dessert, but it was just weird. Seems like there is a staffing shortage and it is affecting the level of service. Like I said, everything was fine, but it wasn’t special. Food was good.

Our server messed up both our orders. She apologized and fixed one of them, though I don’t believe it was remade; but rather just taken in the back and wrong items removed allowing the meal to get colder. They were not terribly busy when we got there, so I fear for those that she helped as they got busier for the evening.
