Landry's Seafood House - Branson
Great food and great service! Will definitely be back.
Had a short wait to be seated. Sat for several minutes before being acknowledged. Placed drink order and waited a while for drinks to arrive. A family of six sat down after us and received their drinks before us. After placing our order, we had another extended wait for food of any kind. No bread, nothing until the entrees arrived. Too bad they never brought the wedge salad I ordered. I got an apology from the waiter, but that was it. This is the worst dining experience I have ever had at a Landry’s property. Drive by this location and explore other options.
I even though we had a reservation and they made us wait forever to be seated. Are fish was raw when we asked to be well done in the fries and onion rings were soggy and couldn’t eat them
Our food was excellent: fried calamari appetizer, stuffed flounder, Landry’s Blackened Chicken Fettucine, Landry’s signature bread, excellent cocktails and wine. We finished with cheesecake which I would call just average. So order something else for dessert! Our server was very professional with just the right touch of friendliness. Servers and hostesses wore masks, tables were sanitized before the next diners were seated, and hand sanitizer was readily available. We eat here every year when we go on vacation. We love Landry’s!
Food was on the cold side. Maybe sat in the kitchen too long before it was served.
Red Lobster is better than this. Old building, average service, rubbery fish, overpriced. Would NOT recommend.
We were a bit early for our reservation and the host was confrontational when we asked to be seated. There were open seats available but he made us wait. When his wait staff told him to seat us, he became argumentative about why he was seating us.
We weren’t acknowledged by wait staff until almost 5-10 minutes after being sat but after then she was great. Food was cold-sent it back and you could tell it had been microwaved which was disappointing. Fries were soggy as well.
The seating was alittle slow due to the limited tables by you know who. Once seated we was greeted and oir drinks and appetizers were ordered. Food came not long after and was served hot and delicious. The waiter had multiple tables and worked them all very well. A little more pricey than I remeber but still a good catch. I definitely recommend reservations these whenever possible.
Food was incredible! Enjoyed very much so. Would recommend!
Service was good but food was just so-so. Unlikely we will be back.
Cold food, service mediocre, expensive for what you get
My husband and I had forgot to grab our face masks from the hotel and the Landry’s greeter charged us $1 each for the masks which I thought was tacky. Food was so so
Our food was really delicious! The service was great too.
Reservation process very simple, quick seating, appropriate social distancing and a server that rocked! She was also willing to try an Ibotta payment method although she'd never done it before.
Service was non existant. Manager/Chef was not helpful or even interested in helping.
Great crab! Fantastic service
Service and food were ok. Not great. I don’t think you really get what you pay for here
We go to Branson a lot. I had a lot of hope that with the current state of things people would have the sense to at least distance and wear a mask. That was not the case. Landry’s not only had excellent food but they were noticeably making an effort to create a clean and safe environment.
What an awesome dinner in Branson! The menu was great for my kids and for the adults. The selection, freshness of food and timing of service was terrific.
It was very fantastic food was delicious and service was great.
Food was delicious but my wife but into the appetizer and a curled wire the size of a quarter was in the food! So scary! I’m so glad she caught it and didn’t swallow it with her bite. The waitress took the cost of the appetizer off the ticket and apologized but we never saw the manager. Again, the food was great but crazy!!!
The atmosphere at Landry's is a welcome pause from the otherwise fast pace of Branson. We enjoyed the food (of course) but also the excellent service and comfortable dining space.
It was ok. Not bad enough to send back, not good enough to go back. Apps were great, 4/6 entrees were good. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. (After I asked for an experienced and fun server as it was a special occasion).
As I said it was decent but not up to the level you expect of a Landry's.
The seafood gumbo was served tepid and had frighteningly little seafood. The Chilean sea bass was overcooked. I waited over 10 minutes for my drink (club soda) to be refilled. Even though the restaurant had plenty of availability, they seated us right next to the beverage station. Plenty of noise from the servers getting beverages, but didn’t help us get our refills any quicker.
I rarely leave a negative review, but this bad experience needs to be known!
I was disappointed but should not have been really based on covid. Everyone is rusty including customers however, oysters seemed leeshucked and old and everything else was just ok. Wont stop me from visiting all the other landrys but wont come back to this one
Service was excellent, Mary was a very attentive server. Food was good, price reasonable
Great menu, something for everyone. Delicious food and great service. Would definitely recommend to make a reservation so your guaranteed a table. Highly recommend it.
Enjoyed our experience and dinner. I highly recommend trying them out.
Not happy not the best food I've had. Kids hated it
First time at Landry’s, but will definitely be back. Everyone’s dish was great, from the appetizers to the entrees. Well cooked, well flavored, well plated. Highly recommend.
My wife and I were on vacation and loved the experience at Landry’s. Food was awesome and drink were awesome as well!
While we waited for our table, service at the bar was exceptional slow. We were 45 minutes early for our reservation, and got our 1st drink seconds before our table was ready.
Empty Miller Lite cans and other trash litter the stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Generally, unkept appearance of the premises.
Physical distancing is in practice and disinfection of high touch areas is ongoing.
Prices are at peak tourist level. $150 for 2 including a nice bottle of wine.
Although repeated several times for effect, they did not recognize our anniversary celebration.
Overall, slightly better than average.
We’re eating there every nite we’re here. That says it all
We had heard of the restaurant and it sounded great so we decided to give it a try and let me tell you, it was awesome. We will definitely go again.
Salads extra had to ask for bread & we had lobster tails which were ok will it return to expensive for what you get!
Food was amazing. The crayfish bread was sublime.
Cocktails were amazing.
The salad was solid and the potatoes were also good.
The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
My husband really enjoyed his seafood pasta.
The server we had wasn't great. He was extremely slow, forgot our water after being reminded twice. Disappeared for long intervals and wasn't very personable.
Food was really good though and our table was ready on arrival.
Great dining, service was quick and friendly.
Nice people. Excellent food. Beautiful views.
We had to wait an extra 30 min from our reservation time, and food took an hour to come out. Also, food wasn’t good, very disappointed.
