   Their carving cart was down and the prime rib (which is supposed to be their star dish) had to be cooked differently and was very overdone on the edge. Flavor lacked. The server was awesome and all the staff were super nice. GREAT team of people.

   The Landmark is ALWAYS special for Holiday Buffets. We LOVE sitting in The Library Room. We missed seeing our Beautiful Hostess that dressed up each occasion to greet us; she was an asset to your hotel!

   Prime Rib is as good or better than other Dallas restaurants claiming to serve the best prime rib in Dallas. Service was excellent. Prices very reasonable.

   The prime rib is excellent. They are rapidly becoming what a recently closed prime rib restaurant was. Duplicating their menu.

   Disappointed you now require a credit card for a breakfast reservation. Such a hassle when you are booking for someone else.

   Landmark is beautifully decorated in the upscale Warwick Melrose Hotel in the Uptown area. Perfect for a special occasion. Our meal was superb! The prime rib with creamed horseradish is juicy and delicious. Connie gave us excellent recommendations and service.

   the atmosphere was perfect. our server, Luke, was earnest, efficient, and enjoyable. the food was outstanding, each course better than the last. the general manager of the hotel was present, keeping watch over the quality of the food and service. all in all it was one of my all time favorite dining experiences.

   Hi Steve, I'm sorry we missed the mark on Valentines Day. I would like to speak with you about your experience. I know we missed the mark regarding speed of service. I was hopeful the bottle of champagne I gave you as my compliments midway through the meal would have made up for the slow start to service.
