Just so noisy! With such a big place packed to the gills, everyone is yelling to be heard over each other. Music in the background just adds to the din. You get together with friends to talk and end up screaming at each other!

We were there on a Sunday night and for whatever reason there were so many families with young, screaming kids. Not the most relaxing or enjoyable atmosphere. We noticed some people were asking to be reseated.

On our last day in NYC we went here for brunch. The French Toast and Duroc bacon was fabulous. We were a little disappointed in the service. We had reservations and the restaurant was not busy at the time we went. It took a long time for anyone to take our drink order and the ladies I was with were really needing their coffee:)

We arrived for a pre-theater meal and were seated promptly. One person at our table had dietary restrictions, and our server seemed unkind about this, and she seemed unable to understand and/or honor the diner's request. The salads were so insanely over salted that it made us wonder whether the server had purposefully sabotaged our meals for being "difficult" customers. We are unlikely to return.

Heavily underperforming. Food was bland and lifeless even bread was stale. Surprised it can be so mediocre in TWC. Service not spot on either. Ascent has better food and service and its a bar.

I have eaten here several times in the past but last night was so unpleasant that I won't be back no matter how many free caramels they give me. The good: hostesses were lovely and friendly and seated us quickly. The burger and orrechiette were both delicious. The bad: Our waiter had a terrible attitude and was borderline rude. My 90 year old mother asked if the rigatoni pommodoro had garlic, and if so, could they make it without. He curtly responded, "No." She decided to get the rigatoni after all with the sauce on the side. The pasta came and was ice cold. We had to ask 3 people, including our waiter, for hot pasta and by the time it came we were all finished with our meals. My daughter asked for mayonnaise for her burger/fries. Again, we asked the same 3 people and by the time the mayo came she had finished her burger. My 90 year old father asked for a small fork with which to eat his mussels and the response was another curt, "we don't have small forks". Lastly, the blueberry cobbler was mostly crumbs covering basically blueberry paste that was thick and flavorless. Disappointed and will not return.

Landmarc is a truly excellent restaurant. We have had brunch and dinner there and the food, service, and ambiance have been consistently excellent. Diners have many choices and many are interesting and, of course, tempting. Landmarc's location, in the Time Warner Center, also makes it a wonderful place to go, especially if you are bringing friends from out of town. In all, Landmarc never disappoints and we are looking forward to returning.

The food was very flavorful. Good sized portions. The atmosphere was ok but I was with my mother and elderly grandmother and it was very hard to have a conversation as it was very noisy in there. I would go back but it wouldn’t be the first place I would choose in NYC.

Nice location and decor with average food and poor service. We were left with empty glasses wanting to reorder and tried to attract staff attention but no avail. Left after finishing food to have drink and desert elsewhere

We were unhappy with our table as it wedged against a bussing station. Also, the chairs were in such disrepair we all felt like they were going to break from under us.

This restaurant would ordinarily be in my mind as a tourist destination. I had low expectations, but I was blown away on every level. I travel alone and sometimes don’t get great service. I was given a beautiful table with a spectacular view. The waitstaff was amazing! The food was outstanding. I’ve eaten in pretentious restaurants in this town who couldn’t match this experience. Kudos to The Landmark!!

I was expecting a lot more. I got a wilted salad and an ok risotto. Ok if you’re in the neighborhood but no need to go out of your way.

We were in nyc for spring break visiting my mother. We spend the morning at the new spyscape on 8th and 55th and afterwards we wanted a place to go for lunch. It was perfect as we had 3 kids under 11 and the kids menu was great. We all enjoyed it would recommend for excursions with kids.

Surprised at how average the food is. Since Masa and Per Se are in the building I thought this would be a decent place too.

Food was edible but very expensive. We had the onion soup (the flavor was decent but bit off); the calamari (too greasy and no better than any Irish pub); the scallops were overcooked, the accompanying rice was too salty (I like salt); the swordfish was boring although almost cooked correctly.

And the bill was large. This is really a tourist trap like place. I'm surprised anyone returns. I've never had the pizza there but a glace at it on a nearby table made me think it tasted like frozen pizza. I really think they don't have any real chefs on staff but cooks. This would be ok if I were looking for TGI Fridays.

Forty minutes to get food (two burgers). Obviously some mistake is getting our ordered cooked. Inordinate delay, cold food, well-done hamburger wasn't well-done although that was the BS excuse for the daly. After many times dining here with positive results, will think twice about coming back before JALC shows. Looking for alternatives.

The food was great but unfortunately the service was terrible. It took us 15 minutes just to have our waiter take our drink order and then just as long to get our food order and check at the end. Is disappointing in a place with such good Ambience and food, that the service was so bad. Would not recommend this place unless they get some new waitstaff.

Landmarc is in a great location, tucked away in the back. When you walk up to the restaurant it's dark a dreamy, but once you are inside you have the opportunity to take in the decor feel enveloped by it. Enjoy the view, or focus on your group. Food is delightful. Service is refreshing.

Hmm!! Expected more from the menu. The choices were very limited. It was family friendly but I guess very friendly on the wallet too! Wine selection was fair, food - fair!! Overall, completely un impressed. Went thinking Marc Murphy’s restaurant would make it special. I never to bash a business or a person since I do understand things are hard. But the menu was very limited!

Needs a complete re do... maybe call Ramsay Gordon! 😀
