All aspects of our dining experience could best be described as underwhelming. Most disappointing was the food, particularly for the price. A Caesar Salad was bits of lettuce with some croutons in bland dressing. Leg of lamb just lay there on the plate, looking most unappetizing.
I love this place. I can count on having a good experience every time I visit.
Great food and lovely setting. Had a very enjoyable dinner. Try to get a window table.
I love the ambiance of this place and the volume was low enough even on a Friday night that we could have a nice table conversation without shouting. I've eaten here before and therefore decided to go back for a birthday celebration. However, this time the food was completely underwhelming. The calamari app was disappointing, the skirt steak was OK but it was literally just a steak on a plate and a side bowl of fries. Looked unappetizing. The burger was just not good. Shake Shack was a better burger. Drinks were fine and our waiter was awesome, but it doesn't make up for lackluster food at those prices.
Arrived at Noon and waited 10 minutes to be checked in, not that it was so busy, just no hostess at the station. Then given a booth, caution, unless you are a child or anorexic, a normal sized human can’t sit in them. The food was average and nearly $100 for 2 salads and a coffee and iced tea, seemed high and not worth it at all.
Quality has gone WAY down. This was always a family dinner staple for us...great choices for adults and kids.
My food was downright inedible. My child’s kids meal includes extra add ons which server never bothered to give us until I asked for them. Didn’t bother asking for his dessert as we were with business associates and I didn’t want to make things awkward.
No wonder Landmarc Tribeca closed. This one will surely follow suit. Super disappointed.
We tried the landmark burger. The food was exetremely delicious. The beef was so fresh and the potatoes were crispy golden and very tasty. The salad was also very fresh.
The stuff was very kind and our waiter was gave us exceptional service.
I will definitely go again and recommend this place t my friends.
We had a good time at Landmarc. We had a one year-old with us and noticed that most people had children.
Good (but not exceptional) food and definitely fairly priced. Loved it and may come back
Love this place for lunch and brunch this was my first dinner there. TONS of families/strollers/children since in mall made for less than optimal dining pre theater. So many screaming children! Food is very good but more brunch/lunch worthy dinner less inspired.
It was a good place to hang around with friends for food and talking. I enjoyed the food and drinks, which are all very fresh and tasty. It is a very large spacious place with pleasant atmosphere. I would love to visit again.
We really enjoyed our meal. Service was great as well as kid dining options and accommodation.
ALthough we had a good time with friends, why is it that they always try to seat a group of womwn in THE worst possible section of the restrurant, right next to the wait station??
Come on guys, our $ is just as good as anyone else's. After complaining, they did relocate us by why the hassle??
I think this would be a good place to get together for drinks. Lots of nice niches to sit in; nice views from some of the seats. I'm afraid my chicken and bacon sandwich was fairly mediocre: a good mix of flavors, but the chicken was tough (pulled chicken does not have to be tough!). It might also be a good place for a business lunch (you may have to ask them to turn down the music), since some of the more pricey items looked good. (Landmarc is not inexpensive, but not bad for the location, inside the Time Warner Center.)
My friends and I recently ate here for dinner. The experience was just OK. Our food arrived before our drinks and while it was decent it certainly wasn't worth the cost.
I was very disappointed with my Chicken BLT. It was not a chicken breast. It was pieces of chicken chopped up thighs and i don’t know what else. Landmarc was once a fantastic place for brunch not so much anymore
Very limited wine list
It was ok. Food was served a bit cold.
Very serviceable restaurant in a great location. Food was tasty. Pretty place but a bit noise. Good wait staff. But the hostess could not find our OpenTable reservation.
Definitely disappointed. Mostly with the food. The ambiance was okay but nothing special. Seems like a good place for a big group or with kids but we just didn’t think the food was any good.
Frequently dine here. Excellent food and service. Conveniently located near me.
I’ve been here many times and usually love it. That night the burger was undercooked and then when it came back it was over cooked. The fries weren’t hot and crispy and they gave us a new batch but it was insanely salty. Like every piece had mounds of salt on it. Surprising since usually a very tasty dinner. The server was also lacking that evening.
Food was delicious and Service was great-I thought a little high pricey for what it was. But I guess that it NYC an location, but overall we had a great experience. Enjoyed the seating and ambience was nice. Cocktails were unique- even brought kids who enjoyed their meals. We were hoping to catch a glimpse of Marc Murphy :)))) no such luck.
Upon our arrival, our Landmarc hostess said she had not received the change in the number of people attending (from 4 - 5) that I made on Open Table, and so we had to wait a few minutes for our table.
Our server was a bit curt. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Not a good experience at all. The service was not good. The food was pre-prepared and served in less than five minutes!
Nice quiet spot to catch up with friends and they take reservations.
Being in the Time-Warner Center I knew it was going to be overpriced because the restaurant has a high overhead. I was there early and wandered around checking the menus and pricing of their competitors. Landmarc was way under the average. My date (unbeknownst to me) didn't speak English and our waiter (Stephen) , who you should request, was spectacular. I had the Filet with Peppercorn sauce ( they give you a choice of sauces) and it was perfect. They offer booths along the North wall which offer a decent view. Everyone was overly friendly and the service was perfect. In a former life I gave awards to Restaurants and Hotels and the Landmarc deserves one.
Our meals were very bland and was not worth the money.
Great food, service and views. The elevated booth was perfect for our party and the views of Columbus Cir were great for my family!
We were disappointed with Landmarc. For the price the food was just average, especially the salads.
The mussels were mediocre and the overall vibe was not great. Hard pass for heading back there.
the service was delayed in serving us we asked for a cut of food that arrived burned. Apparently they do not clean the grill. in other words the taste of aftertaste was burned meat
Food and service was incredible!!!
I had a wonderful time at Landmarc. The food was great and the view was amazing. If you are looking for an affordable fine dining experience. this is the place.
Other than the waitstaff, there is nothing nice to say about this restaurant. There were two of us, and the first table they tried to seat us at was between two other tables for two with barely any space between the tables despite this being a very large restaurant. The second table was by the front door. Making a reservation on OpenTable meant nothing as we were offered only the worst tables, even though better tables were available. The food was equally disappointing. A "Mediterranean Salad" consisted of iceberg lettuce and some feta cheese. A hamburger was dry, and while parts were well charred, other parts were burnt. We will never go back and sorry we went in the first place.
The food was good but we had the most unfriendly waiter ever. He gave us a bit of an attitude when we said we didn't want any wine and then he didn't talk to us the rest of the night except to take our order. Kind of a damper on a special Valentine's dinner.
My friends and I use to frequent LM Tribeca many years ago (way before TWC was built) and have always enjoyed the food/atmosphere/etc. I wanted to take my friend to a great place for his birthday and decided on LM - it was his first time there and as expected the service/food/atmosphere was impeccable!!
We ordered the skirt steak and it was brought to the table cold in addition to being chewy, not tender. I sent mine back to the kitchen to be warmed up. When it came back it was the same temperature if not colder. There was only one water for the entire restaurant which was pretty much empty for a Sunday 7:30 setting.
Very disappointing and not cheep !
Will not return.
We dropped in for a quick meal before a Jazz at Lincoln Center show. I've been here many times and it doesn't disappoint. My husband and I both ordered the Landmarc burger and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! No complaints about the food. The noise level is always loud and because of the kid-friendly menu there are always tons of kids here. But I'd definitely come back for the burger and maybe an ice cream cone. I think the service could have been a little bit more attentive but it was crazy busy so I'm not sure if that is even possible.......
Dirty, unattended tables.
Families with screaming kids, misbehaving.
Go if you are desperate.
The menu selection was great and the food and the service were exceptional. We enjoyed our meal and we are planning to return the end of March before our show.
