Landmarc at the Time Warner Center

Food and location was great but our waiter was mean and grumpy and not very happy. Put a downer on our breakfast as I had just finished the half marathon.
Great food! Will add to our rotation when we visit NYC!
We reserved on Open Table for an early dinner and were seated promptly at a window with a nice view of Columbus Circle. The restaurant was very busy but service was good. The lamb shank was excellent good and very large. However, my wife's escargot was not good: overcooked and served with tasteless puff pastry that added nothing good to the dish. Not cheap: $103 plus tip for two people without any alcohol.
Great place- and good thing we had reservations! Looks like Saturday is clearly bring you kid to brunch day at Landmarc. This was fine, we were with older kids too and the service was great, timely, and noise level wasn’t bad considering.
Food not good
Would never return
We have eaten here often, usually after a performance at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Normally it's a bit over-priced good American bistro food, but we accept that because we're paying for the location. This time, however, it was just mediocre. Not bad, but eminently average. The chicken burger was OK, the 'double salad side" (subbed for the French fries) was perhaps three pieces of lettuce larger than the normal, the blue cheese dressing had not a piece of blue cheese, the salmon was overcooked and fairly tasteless. Nother horrible, but a step down from past occasions. Hopefully it was just a bad night and not reflective of a trend.
We were seated promptly, very good food & service , renovation looks great, more space around tables, menu is much better than previous selections, very enjoyable
Good food and a nice amount of space.
Great setting overlooking Central Park, good food, a treat for lunch.
the food was just okay. nothing special. missed lunch menu by 15 mins and the server refused our request for lunch. the men's restroom was disgusting and needed service.
I love this restaurant. Food and service is excellent. I bring clients here to impress. The only thing is, it can get a little loud for conversation. 💜💜
Very very disappointing. Wow, the place has really gone downhill. Where’s the management.
Food was all cold, service was sporadic, was the server overworked and it didn’t seem that busy even for a sat night. Were the kitchen staff, the runners distracted and on their phones?
Also asked to have a candle brought with dessert and even that wasn’t fulfilled, even though “ free” desserts” were sent out. We didn’t need desserts, what we wanted was a great night of super food and friendly service. We received neither. Maybe it’s really geared to tourists?
We had a great time and everyone enjoyed the lamb shank and lamb chops. The cotton candy was a huge hit with my daughter, but I loved the tiramisu!
Good for kids. Plenty of space for high chairs. The food was good. Great happy hour specials at the bar.
We had planned a leisurely pre-Lincoln Center birthday dinner for our family of four, but hit horrendous traffic on our drive into Manhattan. We called about 30 minutes before the reservation to let Landmarc know but could not get through. I was very worried we would lose our table. When we finally reached them, they couldn't have been nicer and said "no problem" and thanked us for letting them know. We ended up being almost 30 minutes late but were seated promptly. We advised the server that we were in a rush to make a curtain and he could not have been more accommodating in taking our order and serving us promptly. We had enough time to eat and enjoy our dinner without feeling rushed. As the restaurant was very crowded, this was no small accomplishment. We ordered from all segments of the menu: my daughter chose from the kids menu; my wife had the mac I went for a pasta; and my son went high-end with filet mignon. All were delicious. The room is loud enough to create an exciting only-in-NYC atmosphere but not too loud -- we were still have a comfortable conversation. Thank you to everyone on the staff at Landmarc that evening for a memorable birthday meal, despite our late arrival. The friendly service, lack of attitude and wonderful meal were all appreciated!
Beautiful experience, as always!! Noisy, but the food and team are worth the noise level.
Our first time here. We will be back! Great service and food.
Food was not good and extremely overpriced for what it was. Certainly not worth the money.
A first visit that proved satisfying, somewhat limited menu, but much as anticipated. Calamari appetizer was spicy and tasty. Main portions were large, lamb chops a good choice, chicken good but not memorable. Enjoyed the half bottle wine selections, nice variety and multiple price points. We were there fairly early in the evening, and sat away from the bar area. Staff was very helpful. Overall, a reliable choice before either Carnegie Hall or Lincoln Center, or after a day of shopping or sightseeing.
The pain perdu is my go-to lunch here—the French toast is rich and delicious.
Food could be better. Please update the dessert menu!
Our server was first rate. She was extremely helpful in helping us figure out our non alcoholic drinks ( gave up alcohol for lent ), which were delicious . Extremely helpful figuring out both entree and dessert. The food was great as well.
Date night dinner before show. Great time. Great food.
This is our go to restaurant for visiting speakers to our institution. Landmarc has always been accommodating with our requests. The food is always delicious and service/ambience a great space for our guests. Thank you for the incredible service. Will continue using this as our go to spot!
Great New Menu !!! Had a hard time deciding. Seated in a lovely booth facing the goings on inside Time Warner, was a plus. New prosecco too ! Great food, fabulous service, another wonderful evening away from the cold night !
I have eaten here for years but not over the last year. The menu has changed and my meal, chicken burger, which used to be fabulous was a dry, tasteless hickey puck. Terrible.
Our server was so nice👍🏼. The foods are deliscious except for the cocktail, Margarita had lots of ice since I told him less ice cause it’s cold already..
Excellent go to for family and friends visiting NYC
Very pricey -- the food is good but some items are definitely not worth the price.
Both the service and the food left something to be desired. I will not be returning.
Three families came together to share a meal on short notice and Landmarc was a perfect choice. Not only could they handle a reservation for 9 on a Saturday evening, they have a wide ranging quality menu that has something for everyone. And they know what to do with children! The ambience was relaxed and the high ceilings allow the sound to dissipate well. We could hear each other clearly from across the large round table. A very pleasant evening
Great food. Great service.
They always treat me well at Landmarc, and this evening was no exception. I got there ahead of my reservation and was seated at a window table. I was early, but my date was late. We had show tickets in the building and despite the late start (our fault), the restaurant get our food to us, quickly, yet without our feeling rushed. The food was very tasty.
Best value at TWC. Great for pre-concerts. Have been a regular (4-6 times per year) since it opened.
Celebrating as a breast cancer survivor 😊
Our group of 6 had a wonderful dinner at this lovely place in the best location, particularly since we were going to a concert at Jazz at Lincoln Center after - couldn't be more convenient. Very nice food and beverage options. Lovely server. Will definitely return - highly recommended!
Very disappointing. My guest and I both ordered the pork chop entree and it came back tasteless. We tried eating it and gave up and told the waitress who called the manager. The manager looked at our dish and immediately said that the pork chops were dry and overdone. She then offered us a replacement dish. We both chose the salmon. Again, disappointing. The salmon was flavorless, about four inches square and one half inch thick. Another dry and badly served dish. We gave up and enjoyed our cups of tea and cocktail and each other's company. Won't return.
Delightful, unrushed early evening outing. Lovely server. Good food. Excellent cocktail!
