We got engaged earlier in the day and celebrated that evening where we had our first date, L'Andana. The staff took care of us with a great table, service and champagne. Thank you!

The L'Andana is too loud for a "high-end" special occasion restaurant. The seating for the most part is in a wide open space and when crowded quite tight. The food was hit or miss depending on what you ordered. My wife had a chicken dish which was very good. The rib eye steak was covered with arugula I guess to cover the fatty piece of meat underneath. I asked for the rib eye to be medium but it came rare. The grilled asparagus was not grilled, it was smoked and smelled & tasted like cigarette ashes. The deserts were fine.
Not sure what the fuss is about how good L'Andana is , we feel there are too many other much better restaurants in Burlington to go back to L'Andana.

Ordered from the 3 course Tuscan country supper menu which is an excellent value. Server was efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. L'Andana's is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants.

Sat in bar for 40 minutes waiting for our "reserved" table. Restaurant was noisy and overbooked. Wait staff was very good, but food wasn't for the very high price. Swordfish entree was 3/8" thick and cooked to shoe leather consistency. Other food was ok.
Place struck me as suburban "expense account" meeting place. In sum, noisy, slow.
Average food at way above average prices.

I was at L'Andanna for my 70th birthday. Overall it is a very special place for a special occasion. Everyone was very happy with the food, service and evening. The service is always terrific. However, my experience did not live up to my expectations. It is a noisy place which I have experienced before. My wife and I shared the Calamari appetizer. Flavor was great, large portions however there were about 15% to 20% of the round Calamari that were rubbery. The ones that weren't were great. I love Negroni's. I would not order another if I come back. It was not how I like it. I had the swordfish for my entree. It was only ok. Not very flavorful or juice. I expected it to be delicious. My last comment is that I find the menu choices very limited. Mostly steaks which I did not want and very few other entrees. I think it is pretty overpriced for the options.

The service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. The only drawback and had nothing to do with the staff , the couple next to us argued with each other our entire dinner. Next time I will ask for a booth !

Our waitress was a professonal. I am a former Restaurant manager and commended her on her service. I am sorry I do not recall her name but she was from Columbia as we asked about her accent.

Truly outstanding food and exceptional service. This was our first time here, we went out for Thanksgiving, and it is no going to be my "go-to" place for special occasions. I'd never even heard of this place before, but am so glad it was recommended to me.

This was our fourth visit , this time for Thanksgiving and like all our visits before it was a delightful experience. Food and staff all get 5 stars. The only remark I would like to make is that the tea selection is on the small side.

As foodies, wineheads and cooks ourselves, this is our go-to place when we are in the mood for a dress-up, elegant dinner out. Service is outstanding as is the wine list, the sommelier and the chef. Their prix fixe Tuscan Country Supper - available all day Sunday and Monday, and from 5:30-6:30 Tues-Fri, is a superb deal at $50 for 3 courses (appetizer, entrée, dessert - three choices each) and a good intro for first time diners. My hubby always orders the Rigatoni Bolognese and I'm a fan of their Chicken Milanese. If you venture off into their à la carte menu, you're looking $36 - $69 for a steak entrée (most are between $36-$47). A great place to dine out when you want to indulge yourself or spoil someone special.

We had dinner Tuesday night before Thanksgiving the restaurant was semi-empty (maybe people don't want to have a big dinner before Thanksgiving.

The service and the food were very good my filet mignon was very tender and well cooked, my wife had salmon she said it was good but nothing to write home about. We started with oysters a combination of three places the presentation was good and they were delicious.

We have been at L'Andana before and we will return again altogether was a great evening.

We enjoyed our meal at L'Andana... there were 3 of us. The service was wonderful, our waiter was very attentive. The food was quite good... appetizers included the octopus, calamari and tortellini ... we shared all of them. I do have to comment tho that I thought they skimped on the tortellini... 4 in the bowl, seriously, only 4? It's pasta... a few more wouldn't have broken the bank. The main meal was delicious... veal chops, lamb chops and salmon were ordered and we all enjoyed our dishes, fully! Overall we had a great experience .

Never thought I would spend that much on an 8oz Filet. Although very tasty.
I guess just price wise it would not be a place I would dine at on a regular basis.
Two people, 2 steaks and an app, no drinks or dessert, $150 w/tip.
Nice place for a special occasion.

The staff at L'Andana was great. They were all very attentive. When we got there, we spent some time at the bar for a drink and to catch up. Then we moved over to our 6PM table reservation around 6:20PM. Food was amazing. I left a note that we were both celebrating November birthdays because they asked as part of the reservation process. The staff surprised us with a chocolate lava type cake after our meals. It was amazing.

The atmosphere is fine dining and the ambience says so. The wait staff was outstanding. The food was excellent and cooked to my request. The food is pricey, which is why I gave three stArs in value. This is a very special for special occasions.

I used to go to this restaurant quite often when it first opened. It was amazing back then so I decided to return to a favorite spot for a special occasion celebrating a friend's 50th birthday. Service was top notch. Attentive, patient and kind. I'll get right to the food. The calamari appetizer was over powered with lemon sauce (floating in it) and large slices of white onions over the top. It was cut into small bites and the portion was very small. The arrangement didn't make sense. The sausage & fig portion was tiny (two small pieces of sausage) and I managed to find sporadic tiny bits of what I assumed was fig inside the sausage. The sauce did not match with the dish. I'm not quite sure what it was. Possibly a red pepper reduction? My guest and I really couldn't figure it out. A sauce to bring out the fig would have been more appropriate since it was so scarce in the sausage itself. Would have helped bring it out. So basically it tasted like a regular sausage.

The main meal was the special for the evening (fish)and a steak. I cannot say much about my guest's meal other than the fish was about 3 inches big and vegetables were very scarce. She wasn't very impressed "it's ok". My steak was a fantastic quality and I enjoyed the meat. The pepper crust however needed a little more attention. There were too many large pieces of peppercorn making it uncomfortable to eat and overpowered the delicious steak. My biggest disappointment was the vegetable. I was served a SMEAR of sweet potato. I would have expected this in an appetizer for flavor or on a dessert dish for decoration but not on the main dinner plate. Would it have killed them to serve a portion of sweet potato? Something to actually eat and not use as a garnish?

Dessert was fabulous in portion, presentation, variety on the plate and delicious.

Overall our meal was not the experience I was anticipating and unfortunately will not be returning.

The White Grape Cosmo is out of this world!

It seemed there were a lot of pork products throughout the menu. That was unfortunate and limited my options. But the food was delicious and the server incredibly professional and attentive.
