This place is CLOSED!!’ Do not book!
Showed up and it was closed! Very frustrating
Great food and ambience! Service was efficient and staff was extremely friendly
My friends and I really enjoyed the food and extensive wine list. Also super COVID friendly.
Best place in my neighborhood. Would highly recommend for lunch and dinner.
The food was inventive and we were excited after reading the menu but it was incredibly bland and flavorless.
Beautiful spot for dining (indoors & outdoors)! Food was amazing as well. Highly recommend.
The food is always incredible - from flavor, freshness of ingredients and focused menu with thoughtful wines.
Have eaten, many lunches, brunches and dinners here, and having thanksgiving here for the 1st time solidified how awesome l’amico is.
I love this place...they even figured out how to stay open and keep customers safe during COVID. The good and service are outstanding. Their white tents with heaters are private, cozy and quiet. This place is hard to beat!
Excellent food and service! Would HIGHLY recommend!
Great food
The fish was great. Pizza a little burnt and served to us cold. Biggest issue was service. Waiter didn’t bring clean plates despite asking twice, struggled with menu questions and overall poor. Second visit in a week and the first one was great (food and service). Not sure I’d rush back.
Seated in Vine area, very quiet, great food and attentive service.
Great ambiance, tasty food but price a bit high, maybe due to Covid..
This is a must visit! The menu is so perfectly curated for the season but there are some classics on there that will satsify just about anyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the ambience is relaxed and the vibe is very cool.
I will definitely be back!
10/10 - pasta and ambiance were great, friendly waiters, keep it up
Gorgeous restaurant. Food is excellent as always.
Despite COVID, a great experience. Helpful wait staff, delicious pizza (mushroom is delish) and some interesting sour beers. Despite the 6th avenue noise, the outdoor accommodations are quite nice.
I first experienced L’Amico in the summer and had really good experiences. This time however was not so good. First, the greeter was very standoffish and acted as if she did not want to accommodate me even though we had a reservation. We were then told that she was waiting for a booth to clear which never did, and we were alternately seated at 4 chairs right out front. Very cramped for 4 people. The manager actually had to set the table for us. Wondered what happened to the booth?
Service was ok, the waiter attended to the couples to our left and right with great efficiency but gave us a bottle of water and never came back to ask us if we wanted refills.
To top it all off by son is allergic to shellfish and nuts and even though he asked us if anyone had allergies, and we told him at the beginning, he did not mention that the sorbets were now vegan and made with cashew milk. We ordered and right before my son ate his, I tasted it. Thank God I did because it tasted off so I then asked, only to be told that they were made with cashew milk. Calamity averted, but the simple fact that he took the order without saying anything and brought the dessert over was very alarming.
Long story short I was very annoyed and even more so, because guess what! We were the only black family at the restaurant! Not sure if that was the reason for the sucky service this time around or if it was simply the new girl out front of the waiter, but I was not pleased at all. They can definitely do better. Don’t think I’ll be going there again. Definitely sad because we patronized this restaurant a lot in the summer without issue and then this happens! SMH!
Consistently good! I love the way they set up the tables outdoors. Super cozy. And the food is always delicious
best pizza in town, tuna appetizer was superb. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was over seasoned but the staff replaced meal. Pizza is banging
AMAZING PASTA! Menu is short but straight to the point and everything is delicious. The service is amazing also!
I love L'Amico, I have been coming here since it opened and I have been going back ever since. The food is always consistent and the staff are amazing.
Food and drinks were great! Excellent service and really friendly staff.
So happy to be able to enjoy one of my favorite places during these troubling times.
Glad we didn’t lose you!
Hope to see lunch hours start up soon.
The outdoor seating was ample, even for my larger party of 5 and they've made an effort to make tables spread out and as nice as possible in terms of outdoor ambiance. It's still quite loud though between a bustling bike lane and heavy traffic on the ave. Multiple sirens and horns at times made it hard to even talk, especially in the build out section of outdoor seating which is sandwiched between bike lane and street. They do have heat lamps in their built out outdoor seating which is nice, although it's good to note that they're not very strong or effective. The effort there is appreciated there though!
Our server was nice but got a couple different parts of our order mixed up. The crowd feels a little touristy. The food was pretty good across the board. Strengths were meatballs, pizza and skirt steak. The pastas were less inviting and very little on the plate for the price point. Tiramisu and panna cotta were a disappointing way to end the meal.
Overall it's a decent outdoor option for a younger crowd that doesn't mind noise and needs a 5-6 person outdoor table!
Outstanding brunch. The pancakes were amazing and fluffy!
Great food and service!
Thank you!
Great Experience with my significant otger
Great service we closed the place down. Food was outstanding as usual
A restaurant that has been on my list for quite some time and completely exceeded my expectations! Cannot wait to return
L'Amico built outdoor seating along 6th Avenue and along 30th Street to accomodate diners during the pandemic; though not elegant, they are quite functional, and provide a barrier between diners and traffic. The food and service were exceptional. I highly recommend L'Amico.
Food was blah and time for food was long considering it was only outdoor dining...
Amazing service
L’Amico was great! Food was delicious and service was friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Pizza was delicious, everything else was very average and over priced for what it was
$20 glass of wine is way off market, and the pricing in general is elevated relative to comparable places
Everything was great. The burrata and fig appetizer was so fresh! Pizzas super tasty.
The new cabana outdoor seating made the dining experience super enjoyable. Service was also good.
