Visited Lala yesterday to celebrate our 42nd Wedding anniversary. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation and were seated about 10 minutes after our 7:45pm reservation time. The physical appearance of the restaurant to be aesthetically pleasing. We were seated at our table for 30 minutes prior to meeting our server only after I inquired as to why we had not been approached by a server. My inquiry took place after I noticed that an adjacent table that was seated after us , had been served water, cocktails and an appetizer! Upon questioning our server, he stated that our table had not been assigned a server by the host. Our cocktails arrived 30 minutes later and our first appetizer arrived 30 minutes after that. The sashimi appetizer had 6 pieces of fish which were as thin as carpaccio, were not cold or fresh. I had to request wasabi which was not provided on presentation.. Extremely disappointed by the sashimi! Our second appetizer were the hamachi pastor which were very good. One of our two entrees, swordfish, was barely edible. It was tasteless and extremely dry without any sense of flavor. I notified the waiter and he acknowledged similar complaints from other patrons. He offered a complimentary dessert which as ok. Other than the ambience, the restaurant was a-bust and I would not recommend to anyone. I love Bad Bunny’s music, but his restaurant leaves much too much to be rectified!

We were so excited about having dinner here for wife’s birthday! We had to change the reservation to 5 people and they were so accommodating. The ambience and aesthetics were perfect for a nice dinner to start the night! It did take quite a while for us to get our drinks and we had to remind the waiter a few times to bring us limes. There was a bit of a wait for our food. While I can extend grace because it’s probably fresh, it wasn’t busy nor did we get updates throughout. The French fries were the best thing we had to eat! Make sure you order them! I personally ordered the NY strip, medium, but it came out medium rare. I asked to have it recooked and they brought me a hot stone to cook it on myself LOL. I also had to ask the waiter for a refill although he came to our table quite a few times. Overall we did enjoy the experience and would probably come back.

I had a great experience during my visit. Our server, Bruce, was very helpful and made some excellent suggestions that really enhanced our meal. The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The tostones were spot-on as well—crispy on the outside and just the right texture inside. The drinks were good and refreshing, and the crispy tuna was absolutely delicious. Everyone on staff was very attentive and fast, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fui en familia para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija, desde que entramos a verificar la reservación fuimos atendidos con mucho respeto y prontitud. Andrés se encargó de nuestra mesa, la cual estaba preparada con un mensaje de cumpleaños, nos orientó del menú para ayudarnos a obtener la mejor experiencia. Al finalizar, el postre que escogimos tenía el hermoso detalle de felicitación y una vela por el cumpleaños. Volvería a visitarlos, gracias.

Ambiente agradable. Salón muy limpio Meseros (Bruce) muy atentos, serviciales y con alto conocimiento del menú Comida buena, precios buenos para el lugar Coctelería buena, pero la encontré un poco costosa (precio al nivel de algunos platos) Buena experiencia en general

Firstly the place is very pretty inside, however, the service was horrible and the food was mediocre. We wait over an hour for our entree to come out and our waiter did not even bother to address us..the manager had to come and apologize. Further more once our food came our waiter didn’t waste anytime getting us out the door. Overall I would not recommend, very overpriced and the staff was not kind.

The great experience starts since the welcoming at the entrance. The service received from the waiter, Kenneth, was outstanding. He had attentions to every detail, making us feel comfortable with the time, and offered us a variety of new cocktails and food that weren’t in the menu. Every suggestion made by him was on point. The experience was like Kenneth said: “Feel like you are at your home”. We will definitely visit this place again.

Service was lack luster, it was my wife’s birthday and they didn’t even offer us a desert or at least a happy birthday. Service wasn’t great at all, our waiter wasn’t talkative and was very much dry. I honestly wouldn’t recommend at all. The food was ok but not great. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came back well done. Drinks were ok but not tasty. Had to wait 10-15 minutes after reservation to be seated at a table that was opened and available when we arrived. Don’t recommend this location at all.
