It took them an hour for a waiter to come and just bring us water, as they were walking up to tables that sat down after us, it took another hour for our food to come out after I had to get up and find a manager to actually go and see what was going on with our food. The server never came back to check on us and let us know anything she just stated that it’s been like this all night. When our food came out everything was wrong, she put everything in wrong incorrectly. The manager did take the meals off our bill but it was a waste of our time.

We went there for Mother’s Day, and it was the worst experience ever. It took almost 2 hours for the food to come out. My wife’s food was the last one to come out. Hers came out after everybody finish their food. The food was not good Nobody at the table like their food. We was a party of six and nobody enjoyed it the chicken with fried in the same grease fish is fried in Then, when the bill came, they overcharge me by $200 Anther gratuity was 20% but they did have a Nice vibe And good music I will not be coming back anytime And I was told that the woman’s bathroom was disgusting, so I hope you don’t have to use the bathroom

Excellent size and space very accommodating. I would suggest for you to clean bathrooms periodically. The place is nice and upscale and a dirty bathroom can make guest uncomfortable.

The host staff were very nice and accommodating. I called two hours before our reservation to tell them I would be running behind and they explained that it would be ok to be a little late and that we should be able to still be seated in a timely fashion. The drinks were good. Our waitress popped in here and there, however she could have been more attentive. The music was good and borderline a little too loud, however we were seated directly next to a speaker. The food came out super fast, and was tasty. I would go back again.

Make a reservation, we were seated very fast. The staff and food were pretty good,attentive. Professional photos can be taken there around $25 to purchase each one.

Hit seated and waited 15 minutes before I went to the bar to ask if you had to order online. Bartender clueless says yeah that’s fine. Then realizes that besides two groups of females served by someone else who never looked our way and no one else in the dining area that maybe we wanted service. Server comes out apologizing five minutes later. I notice that she was the female talking to the bartender when I asked for service. Poor service decent brunch good. They include 20% gratuity in the check automatically and got nerve to give you a payment machine wondering if you want to give more.

Beautiful establishment. Lovely staffs. Drinks and food are amazing. And they were not holding back on the alcohol in our drinks. Definitely will go back whenever I’m in NYC!
