   We ate out near the Lagoon. The food was outstanding, so delicious. Best margarita Pizza we have ever had. A bit overpriced though. Service was fast and all Staff were lovely.

   What a beautiful way to spend a relaxing day with great menu for cocktails to pizza. The wonderfully friendly staff make you feel like you're on vacation even though I just came from Brisbane. Be nice if there was an adults only area but it was school holidays so only fair the little people get to have fun

   It was New Year so very busy, pizza not good, soggy and not much flavour.

   Amazing venue and event thank you Loved that the security etc were walking sprint ensuring no nonsense was happening esp with little kids and kids around. Thanks!

   Our family had a wonderful New Year’s Eve At the Intercontinental beach party The ambiance was amazing and there was the right amount of people. I thought it might be too crowded but numbers were just right The Intercontinental team deserve nothing but praise for everything they organised. We have nothing but gratitude for making everyone’s night memorable. Thanks again to Intercontinental Diane Farrell

   The New Year’s Eve experience was advertised to have the full menu available until 8pm and then a reduced menu afterwards. At 7pm the menu changed without notice. Lots of guests had planned to order between 7 and 8pm and missed out on much better options for dinner. No care was given by the staff about this at all.

    I am a regular visitor to the lagoon and always pay the booking fee $30 each for myself and my guests I was disappointed that there were visitors that didn’t pay they told me they never do The sun bed was covered in food scraps the usually racked sand wasn’t raked kids toys in the lagoon that I picked up and the pool floats have been taken away Food and drinks were good Hopefully things will improve
