   The ambience is excellent but notable service is giving the food is not great and is expensive, but is a great place to nibble something and have drink . Nice music

   there last night. We were not disappointed. We had a great night! bar staff were very helpful and accommodating, making a small change to one of cocktails to meet my wife's needs, the choice of food, we ordered was great and came out promptly. The DJ, salsa dancing couple and the Latin band kept the crowd engaged and partying and dancing all night. Great venue, atmosphere and outdoor terrace which gives you the freedom to move from indoors to outdoors throughout the night. We will be back again soon

   Exceptional customer service from Aliya. Her service was impeccable. She made our night. Food was ok. Could be improved. Atmosphere was amazing. Music was just a little loud, outdoor rooftop. A little hard to make conversation. Overall I give it a 4/5 for Service and Atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

   The dj was too loud, you go out for dinner with friends to catch up, the music was too loud and you could not hear what people were saying ruins a good night

   Nice ambience, set menu delicious and meals came out quickly, DJ was great - music was at a good volume so as to not drown conversations. Only took one star off as drink took a long time to arrive at table. Other than that, a great evening out.

   A great venue Miserable food amount, paid for 2, quantity not enough for one 3 thin pieces of raw steak, had to send it back to be cooked , had to share the little strips with my wife the menu list and the items appeared to be wholesome, but we left hungry after waiting 20 minutes for a tiny dessert not enough for one If I knew the above was to take place, I would not have booked in the first place Patrons beware, if you want to go Hungry, choose Lady Banks Rooftop for an evening of disappointments $100 waste of money, not value at all I wish I could claim it back The above spoilt what was meant to be a great birthday celebration night, had to leave as soon as I had the lousy tasty dessert was consumed , ended up going to another restaurant to satisfy our hunger.

   I booked here for Valentine’s Day this year and had a set menu. It took us an hour to get our meal and it was served out of order. I emailed the restaurant before hand asking for vegetarian and non sea food options they advised me this was okay. But when I got there I was given seafood and meat and I had to ask the waiter for vegetarian and non seafood options. I couldn’t enjoy the food because I was first served the main and I was so hungry waiting over an hour for any food. By the time I got the main I was so full. We got served drinks first. The servers were apologetic and very nice but still took us hours to get our food and everything was out of order. I barely got to enjoy the meals. And we ended up staying there late because of how long the food took to arrive. I understand it was a busy night but I booked in a set menu and we should’ve been served accordingly. I went there last year for Valentine’s Day and booked set menu it was perfect. The atmosphere and ambience was more romantic. This year it was so loud they had DJs the lighting was so dark could barely see anything or hear anything. I feel bad for leaving a bad review because in the past my partner and I really enjoyed it here but it’s the truth. It was a terrible Valentine’s Day. I feel bad that I didn’t get a refund or partial for my horrible experience or any follow up from the restaurant. They did ask if we wanted any drinks but that didn’t help. I was full from the main and the drinks. And on top of that I was 34 weeks pregnant. Even to get water it took over half an hour. Just trying to get the attention of the servers and people working there was so hard. And once we did get their attention it took half an hour to an hour for them to get our food. I asked for non alcoholic drinks and I was accidentally served alcoholic drinks luckily I didn’t drink I had my partner try before me.

    Firstly we started to receive the wrong food on Valentine's Day without even ordering, once we had ordered they sent the wrong food again, when we received our meal the drinks hadn't even arrived then when the drinks arrived my Sauvignon Blanc was Champagne I returned it and after 15 minutes wait it finally came! I complained nicely and recently a complimentary swordfish skewers. Overall I think they could do better with the food being a fancy restaurant and the seats are terrible please change them.
