Please kindly note that we do not allow any balloons or decorations, and no cake or food that are purchased outside of the restaurant and brought in.
In case of inclement weather, outdoor reservations are on a first come first serve basis to be seated under the covered part. We might have to move your outdoor reservation inside or reschedule it. Thank you for your understanding.

Came here for a birthday brunch and it was adorable! It’s as beautiful as the pictures, so we took a ton! We sat outside but got to walk through all the rooms and each one is better than the previous. Our waiter was super accommodating and sweet. Overall the experience met our expectations. I would love to come back.

We had high tea here for my daughter’s birthday and were very excited for the experience. It’s a beautiful restaurant and we love macarons which is why we chose this place specifically. When we booked the experience we had to prepay. When we arrived and were seated we were offered water and then waited. There were no instructions or menu to outline what we should expect or which drinks we could order as part of our tea service. The server was not prepared to answer our questions either. He finally was able to tell us the cocktails we could choose from and it took about 10 minutes to get them. Meanwhile the food for tea was delivered but we were never asked to order tea. I had to flag our waiter down to ask if we could order tea and it arrived as we were finishing our meal. The sweets - which were gratefully self explanatory because they were dropped at the table without comment - were decadent. The tea sandwiches were very average. The cucumber one had soggy bread. The atmosphere here is lovely. The sweets are delicious. The service is sorely lacking. Highly recommend for macarons - maybe save the money on tea and just buy the sweets from the shop directly!

Our must-go-to place each time we visit the city. For the last 4 years we flying in twice a year for our respective birthdays! The staff is always amazing. Manager Marine always make sure things are perfect for our visit. Staff; Jorge and Diane are exceptional in providing the excellent Ladurée experience that you would expect from Ladurée! Until we can visit again.

Visiting Laduree for my afternoon Tea obsession has been on my bucket list for some time, it is a Parisian chain after all! That said, I recommend going and enjoyed the coffee, pastries, and ambiance. But have some callouts I’m hoping the establishment takes note of as they were unbecoming of such a place and disappointing. 1. The Service, everyone was nice enough but the service was strange and rather disjointed. We felt very rushed even though there were plenty of seats available (both while dining and at the pastry counter). The servers providing food to the tables next to us almost knocked over our water a few times. Like I said there was plenty of room but for some reason they needed to be on top of us it seemed to serve others. It was really bizarre. 2. Wear, tear, and dirt. The chairs were all unbelievable stained. All of them in the tea salon. It was rather shocking. It appeared that they may have at one time been outside and suffered water damage. They should have been steam cleaned or replaced. The dishes were all quite worn as well. When your paying for food served on pretty plates I expect the enamel not to be half worn off. 3. Last but not least the food. Coffee and pastries were amazing! However the tea sandwiches were pre-made, wrapped in wax paper, and refrigerated. What this means is they were soggy and gross. I also ordered avocado toast served on Brioche. The Brioche was stale. It really felt like they were cutting corners here. All and all I still recommend going for coffee/tea and pastries. But maybe skip the “afternoon” tea pairing. I hope the restaurant fixes these issues cause it’s truly a shame!

Food was tasty and the garden is lovely. The issue is the service isn’t very attentive. Took a long time to get my glass of wine and an eternity for anyone to acknowledge me once I finished my lunch. I had planned on staying for a coffee and dessert, but I was too frustrated with how long it took for someone to check on me after my plate had been taken by a busser. I ended up just getting the check.

TERRIBLE TEA SERVICE. This is a joke. Servers are RUDE. Tea was COLD. The sandwiches were DISGUSTING and SMALL. The Macaroons were nasty flavors. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I took my Mom here who is never in NYC, such a waste of time as there are plenty of other amazing Tea Services in NYC.

It was Mother’s Day and we so wanted deserts but the restaurant had sold out I feel they should’ve been better prepared and maybe baked more pastries since it was a holiday and not their first our waiter promised us a pastry and then went home and left us hanging when we asked they said he didn’t do such thing so it was very disappointing. It was nice but we really wanted desserts it was the whole point of going there. What a let down if I would’ve known I would’ve order ahead of time or gone somewhere else.

I went for lunch with my Family to Ladurée Soho for Mother’s Day. It was my third or fourth time going there. I even held my birthday brunch for ten people there in September. So imagine my disappointment when I had a mediocre lunch experience. Everyone was rushing from the hostess to the servers. I could not get a hold of my server and had to repeatedly ask the bus boys to go find him. Our appetizers came at the same time as our entrees. I specifically asked that they be brought at different times as they were all hot foods and we did not want to be rushed. In the end it didn’t matter because my French onion soup appetizer arrived lukewarm. The check was placed on the table before we could order dessert or coffee. Again it did not matter because the macarons nor the gelato were “available” for dessert at that time of day. Shouldn’t the signature macarons always be available? Just as well, we paid and left. The only reason I gave this experience a 3 is because I have been here before and I know it can be a beautiful dining experience on a normal day. Lastly, the upholstery needs a cleaning. Our waiter was very nice & accommodating. Food was mediocre. When I made 4:45 reservation didn’t realize it was only the tea menu. Was not told until I arrived. Also ordered apple cider for kids which was supposed to come with a $3 macaron. Total $9 each glass with the macaron but figured it was a special occasion. I told the waiter girls never got the macaron. He said I would be charged just for the cider. Cider came to $8 a glass! I said, “So, $1 less with no macaron? But macaron is $3?” His answer, “Yes, a lot of people complain about that.” If I couldn’t get a giant jug of cider for $9 I wouldn’t complain, but really?

Check the restaurant’s working hours before coming as their Google maps info can be wrong (when we were there it showed until 10pm instead of 6pm in reality). Very caring waiter and charming garden. The food is mostly great however I was a bit disappointed with my pink latte and poor sandwiches.

Took my mom for a late lunch/tea here after wedding dress shopping! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very fun. But we were totally ghosted by our server. They were overly charming at the beginning about how if we needed anything they were our guy, but honestly the food runners did all the work. I watched our server visit with another table and make the girls behind the bar laugh as he went in and out of the kitchen chit-chatting. Our server came to check on us after our second course was out. The runner even knew my mom’s tea order and helped us. After our table was cleared we were ignored for 40 minutes while we waited for an opportunity to order dessert. Finally another server caught my eye and helped us. He was very gracious and professional. Totally turned out mood around. Then as we were leaving we over heard the second server telling a manager they were never covering like that again. I have worked in service so I promise I’m a very patient diner. This was one crummy coworker bailed out by everyone else’s and it sounds like it wasn’t the first time. I’d stick to the busier hours when coming here as I feel we were forgotten about because it was the end of a shift and the server didn’t care.
