Our appetizers and salads came out at the same time. Our dinner was shortly thereafter. We could barely eat our dinner. Part of our dinner order was wrong and our server did nothing to compensate for it. Overall service was disappointing.

Food was very good. Deep pan pizza was outstanding. And the pasta very tasty. Service was patchy. Our server forgot two drinks, took ages to serve us and never checked up on us for the entire meal. Another server was excellent, topping up water and clearing plates. I’m sure the poor service was a one off, but disappointing nonetheless.

Labriola used to be a favorite when we lived in the city. We would walk down and grab drinks, pizzas and pastas. We went back after about a year and brought family from out of town for the holiday and was extremely disappointed. The service was slow, didn't check on us to refill drinks, serve pizza or ask if we needed anything. And most importantly, the deep dish pizza was dry and lacking flavor, and the pasta we got had almost no sauce and was bland. Very disappointing to see after this place was one of our favorites for many years to see it go downhill like this. Would not recommend to try out or return.

Local to Intercontinental hotel more of a pizza joint not fine dining. Very noisy in front room. Server are good but don't ask for changes or substitutions to menu especially when busy. Details are not their strong point. Good portions, pizzas excellent but salty I guess due to the pepperoni. Probably better when not jammed packed. Good for larger groups.

Food was average. Had to return the syrupy sweet and opaque glass of Pinot Noir. (I don’t think I’ve ever had to return wine) and asked for a rose sangria (thinking that would be safe) it tasted like pink lemonade with I don’t even know what liquor. The waitress was wonderful, apologetic and seemed a bit frustrated with the general situation at the restaurant. She got a good tip for this. Would not recommend.

I live across the street and I come here many times. However, this night was different. The Magnificent Mile lights festival was happening and this restaurant was very very full and it was crazy busy! Despite all that, the staff was very tentative, no issues and the food was very good! We ordered three apps and one pizza, all came in hot and delicious and with a great plating presentation. You would think it would be just food thrown in and wouldn’t look appealing because it was busy but not in this case! Also spoke with their Manager Michael who came to our table twice to ensure everything was great and he even hooked us up with a free dessert. Very thoughtful and definitely customer service oriented. Definitely coming back here again!

The restaurant was very busy (a good thing!), but Michael and his team went out of their way to make our meal wonderful. They were prompt, helpful, attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and the food was delicious! Our table especially enjoyed the gnocchi and the tiramisu. We attend a conference in Chicago annually and LaBriola is a “must-do” for our entire group. We highly recommend them. Thanks for a great evening!!

I have eaten here several times before. All good experiences, but this time it was quite horrible. I had to ask for water in the beginning and at least 3 times during the meal. A bottle of wine we ordered was not available and our second choice took 30 min to get to the table. Many items ordered were forgotten and one in our party did not get her meal- a chicken dish until 30 min after our deep dish pizzas were served. That was 90 mon after we ordered it. A salad and calamari were also not served. I asked to be compensated for the late meal yet everything was charged. I have eaten in a hundred restaurants and have never written a poor review but we will not go back again. It was a very disappointing evening.

We are out of towners and my we spent the day in Chicago for our daughter's birthday. She wanted Chicago deep dish for dinner. The pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were so yummy. We would stop by here again if we are in town.

Great little Italian restaurant right next to the hotel where we stayed. Service was attentive and considerate. Deep dish pizza came in 20 minutes and was fantastic despite advice to go elsewhere. Nice wine selection! Table spaced nicely and lighting is good- great experience and we will go again!

We had a party of seven. Thin crust pizzas were delicious, harvest salad was fantastic also enjoyed the yummy Caesar salad. Lemonade was not very tasty and was watered down.

Food was uneven at best. Toasted ravioli was very spicy, not expected. Pizza crust of thin deep dish tasted like powdered dough. The sauce for entrees was generally bland. Meatballs were OK. Place was very noisy - not the place to bring a group or come on a date… Service was good.

Verrrry loud. We asked for an outdoor table But were told there was a waitlist for them. As we tried to communicate to each other over a roaring and full restaurant we observed 4 outdoor tables sitting empty the entire hour we were there. Service : our server left and another eventually came to announce she was now attending to us. Food : was a bit salty. Polenta w shrunk was tasty. Good sized wine pour. Portions were good. No bread for the table (!!?) Probably will not return. Loved the shirts “legalize marinara “
